Ordered a van mat for my Fiat Ducatto campervan and I’m not kidding it was a brilliant purchase. It has transformed my van, looks amazing. Thank you and would highly recommend, as item and delivery was second to none.

Braught a full set of heavy duty seat covers, h/d rubber car mats, and h/d rubber boot liner for my Ford Fiesta. Performed brilliantly and still have them unscathed , even with rough treatment with trades tools in the boot and steely boots against mats and PPE against seat covers. Now returning to getting the same products now for my new car

This is the second fitted boot liner I have purchased from Premier Products. The first was for a Mercedes GLC and it was excellent quality and fit. In light of this when we changed car to a Ford Focus Estate so did not hesitate to purchase again. Quality of material is excellent and fits like a glove. The only niggle I have is the eyelets to go over fittings are a little tight but in time and a bit of wiggling they may losen up. Service was also excellent and fast delivery.

Total let down , waited outside 2 hours although had a appointment. No decency to even tell me what’s going on . Wasted in total 5 hours ,,,
Went with my 1988 Toyota 8 seater , potentially to get a full set of seat covers + mats .
Very poor way to treat a potential paying customer . If I had a option I would give zero stars .

I purchased a boat cover from them and with in a months it started to rip, so I got in contact with them about replacement under warranty which they did but after over a months of waiting for the replacement, they sent the wrong one.
I got I contact with them again 3x no reply.
Will not be buying from them ever again

I bought a set of mats for my 2011 Mercedes A Class from this company, trading as Simply Car Mats.co.uk. One of the fixing studs for the driver's mat was almost a full centimetre away from where it should have been, making correct fitment impossible. Attempts to get in touch with Simply Car Mats proved totally futile, as listed phone numbers were bogus and the links provided did not work as my browser had identified security issues with the site. I eventually found Premier Products name from the parcel shipping label but by this time I had lost all hope of redress and had modified the mat to make it fit.
My greatest regret is not reading reviews before placing the order, as if I had done so I would never have placed any business with this crew. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered some Products and got no email confirmation just money taken and tried calling them and get no answer

i ORDERED A PAIR OF FRONT SEAT COVERS FOR MY CAR i CALLED THEM ON TUESDAY 12TH OCT AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED ON WEDNESDAY 13TH OCT WHEN i CHECKED THE TRACKING FROM YODEL THEY WILL NOW BE DELIVERED ON FRIDAY 14TH OCT i THEN CALLED THE COMPANY AND EXPLAINED TO THEM i WAS THEN TOLD iF i HAD OPTED FOR 24 HOUR DELIVERY THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERD ON THE WEDNESDAY SO WHY WAS I NOT TOLD THAT FROM THE THE FIRST PHONE CALL i DO NOT LIKE BEING TOLD LIES i WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I orderd some car mats at the beginning of August 2021 and was informed via email that they would be shipped within 7 working days.

Almost two weeks later and no correspondence at all from the company despite them having all of my contact details I called them up.

I spoke to a lady named Chloe who checked my account and said there is a delay with the colour stitching which is why you haven't received them.

I explained that a courtesy email would have been nice and was there an ETA for delivery, Chloe's response was quite rudely "well you can have your money back if you want".

I said yes that would be great, thank you and had to ask how long this will take. "it will be 48 hours OK bye" Was Chloe's response.

A very poor service with extremely rude staff when you call genuinely querying when your order might arrive.

I would most certainly not reccommend to anyone, please shop around and don't waste your time or money.

I bought fully tailored boot for VW Touareg 2015. High quality products!!

Skoda Octavia Fully Tailored Boot Lining.

I previously purchased a tailored boot lining for my Astra, choosing randomly online. This was a fantastic product, fitted beautifully and washed really well.

Getting a new car I wanted to use the same company. I looked on their website but the tailored boot lining for my car wasn’t available. I gave them a call, and they said it was possible to take my car in and they would measure, make and fit me a liner in a day.
I had this done today, I am so impressed with the liner, it looks and fits perfectly, I’m guessing it will wash just as well as my previous one.

Bought full set of mats for Citroen C4 Picasso. Fitment clips on driver's mat were slightly too close together. The fitment clips didn't work correctly either so the mat wasn't held down properly. However, I had an old set of mats from a Renault Scenic so I exchanged to clips. Quality control seems to be lacking.

Quality looks good, not 100% accurate fit but can live with it. Overall happy with the purchase and communication.

When you select the carpet quality it’s misleading. Luxury, Exclusive, Deluxe, Prestige. I opted for deluxe, (one off the top of the range Prestige) I also opted for the rubber heel pad.

As soon as I opened the packaging I wondered how thick “Luxury” and “Exclusive” must be, these by no stretch of the imagination are “Deluxe”.

On closer inspection the quality of the stitching around the heel pad is poor, the rubber is thin and not stitched on tight, it’s slightly loose fitting giving the feeling of air between the two layers.

Fitting wise they do fit perfectly, look wise they do look great. I popped them in and off I drove but after just a few minutes I knew it was a bad purchase choice opting for the heel pad.

The air between the heel pad and carpet is annoying, it’s a distraction. If they’re made like that on purpose avoid at all costs. I could have lived with them if it wasn’t for the heel pad.

If you want a set of cheap good looking car mats then as long as you avoid the heel pad option you’ll be satisfied. If I had to describe the ones that I received I’d call them “standard” at best, there is definitely nothing deluxe about them.

Ordered the black tailored boot liner for Audi Q5 - WOW... Fits perfect, really good quality, looks great and arrived quickly....

I purchased a set of rubber car mats for my VW Golf Mark 2, now 17 years old, in good condition and still going strong. I was a little apprehensive about the mats fitting, the vehicle being so old. I need not have worried. The mats were well made and fitted perfectly. They also gave the car a little of that "new car" odour, which is still detectable as I write this over a year after placing my order. The service from Premier Products Limited was efficient and the mats were delivered as promised.

The tailored boot liner arrived quickly and fits perfectly. I also ordered a bumper protector but that didn’t arrive. When we questioned they no longer do them which was very disappointing but they refunded straight away which was great.

Fantastic products staff very helpful and no issues with any of the products.

Doesn't fit the range rover properly no hole for armrest ,there say there is ,if so IT'S too low down and the cover will not come down to fit the seat. I would say not tailer made for that car .

Excellent Quality car mats for all makes of car, we have purchased sets for Renault and Vauxhall both of great fit
