Very good products, especially there seat covers.
Unfortunately not so good for the couriers they use i.e. Yodel.
My parcel was left at a property two miles away from where i live????
Luckily enough the owners of the property were honest and got in touch with me to let me know that they had my parcel.

Terrible company. Bought some car mat although my fault they were incorrect. They were charging 25% of purchase price to send back. In their terms and conditions amount is not specified. Rude on the phone. Buyer beware! Car mats not good quality!

Quick delivery of product just installed in car seems good quality and easy to fit

Ordered a boot liner and carpet for our Ranger Rover Sport which exceeded our expectations. Superb fit, quality and looks. Exceptionally easy to fit, slight delay in arrival but the staff at the office were helpful and good to deal with. I would wholeheartedly recommend the product and the company.

Really quick delivery time, seems a decent quality. Haven tried it in the van yet but no reason to suppose it will be a problem. So far so good.

Ordered products on 25/1/21 (order 633625), received confirmation email but nothing since, and no response to email querying progress! Not happy with lack of response, will this be a very expensive mistake? Reading the reviews, I see I'm not the only one to have had this experience, be wary when dealing with this crowd! It would appear that the only way to provoke a response is to leave a bad review, let's see if that's the case...

Just received my Van mat (Vauxhall Movano).
Absolutely delighted and fantastic value for money, superb quality.
Took just 3 days and arrived earlier than expected.
Highly recommended.

Absolutely awful. I bought some Kia Car Seats only to be told they were delayed and I’d get them in 3 weeks. I waited the 3 weeks and nothing arrived. Once I got in contact with them again, they told me it would be end of February/Start of March. That would be roughly 45+ days IF they managed to actually deliver it in that time frame.

Their customer service is unhelpful and quite frankly a little rude telling me I can order elsewhere.

Do not buy from them as you’ll receive no support and you’ll spend countless times trying to chase your order.

29 th Jan just received my front car mats for mt volvos80. Delighted with them fitted perfectly and look great. Will use them again.

Just received our car marts for Peugeot 308 and I am speechless and delighted. Very much pleased with quality of this product, material and colour. WELL DONE Premier Products. I will recommend and use Premier products again! Thank you.

I wish I'd read the reviews first to! There are loads of these suppliers on the web and I r4ally regret choosing these. Waited 10 days after order. Nothing from them and no reply to my emails. Their website says "We are open throughout COVID" but their auto replies say "It may take a while to reply because we have few people working" My tip - buy yours from someone else.

Just received my boot liner for my 2019 BMW X3 and I am totally speechless! Often, products ordered online do not match up to expectations but I am ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED with this product! It fits my boot like a glove; the material and tailoring are second to none.
WELL DONE PREMIER PRODUCTS, I am absolutely delighted with your product!

RIP OFF COMPANY! MULTIPLE SITES SELLING THE SAME THING (bootliners uk, van mats uk....AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not respond to emails until you leave a review, then lie in their response and claim to have tried to help you! Their site processed the wrong mats ( see similar revies ) and they want to keep back 25% of the refund to replace them. They claim to be looking into their system to see why it happened but lso claimed its never happened before - see other reviews. Apparently every liner is made to order but I ordered on the evening of 22/12 and recieved it 24/12 that is Christas eve!! No one is making anything and then sending it out in time!! 25% for their systems error!! AND id have to pay to return it. I think they have a few junk liners lying around that they send out then people have to send them back and they keep 25% for nothing - free money..... Check their reviews on the other companies they hide behind, bootliners uk, van mats uk. many people have the same problem. I was prepared to pay the cost of returning the wrong one if they sent out the right one but they refused.

I ordered online chose my matting and type of stitching,received an email confirming my order.a few days later I called to ask what time of turn around you have,I was told 10 working days.
Delivered 7working days later by yodel..mat is great.good work thanks.

Good product. Poor Communication with the company

Terrible company to deal with. Issue on the website meant that the order was submitted with the wrong model. Emailed to ask them to change as soon as I received the confirmation but they will only refund 75%. Avoid these cowboys and any company associated with Premier Products (Notts) Ltd Group at all costs.

Ordered my car mats to own specification on the website which was easy to do and at competitive price. The delivery was quick and notified by email that it was on its way by yodel with tracking number. The quality was excellent I am well impressed with the mats and they fit perfectly with 2 eyelets in and cushioned heel pad just as requested in the order. Spot on for me 10/10

Awful company ordered 2 weeks ago still no sign of the mats I have ordered now having to do a claim back through PayPal.
