I was promised delivery on the 23nov from a order I placed on the 10 of November which didn’t come, I phoned them up and they promised the would get them to me by Thursday the 26 of November but they haven’t arrived and still not here on Friday the 27 November , the turn around for this company is longer than they tell you but want you to keep hanging on waiting , now it looks like they are not answering the phones has I’ve been trying to phone all morning and they are not answering the phones, when I finally got in touch they promised me it would be here again on Monday , it didn’t arrive again , now they are saying Wednesday but up until now 1800 on Tuesday the 1st of December i still haven’t had any notification of this parcel coming tomorrow, I’ve had my son going to my three times now waiting for a parcel that never arrives , let’s see what happens tomorrow,

My husband ordered a full set of mats for my Toyota Auris Estate, but on arrival he found it was impossible to fit the floor clips over the holes in the driver's side mat. After several e-mails in which he attempted, unsuccessfully, to persuade Premier Products to pay for the return of the offending mat he was pleasantly surprised when Olivia advised him to keep the mats and he would be given a full refund (for which he's still waiting, but allowing for Pandemic delay). He really should have read other reviews, particularly the 'Disappointed' customer who had a similar problem with their Peugeot mat.
So, disappointed with the product, but pleased with the customer service.

An absolute shambles of a company!!!! Poor after sales... my order cost £155 ... turns out my boot had a slightly different boot design... I sent pictures for the amendments... but I was refunded- 25% . And then told to reorder. No bootliner and £40 out of pocket!!! Thanks guys... great business plan. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Just received a one piece van mat for my Peugeot Expert, the black carpet with grey trim looks good complete with rubber heal pad. Unfortunately the item is not a good fit & the holes to secure it are too thick for the turn buttons to turn properly. Glad I only chose an inexpensive grade, won’t buy again!

I’ve been a customer for 5 years and until my latest purchase I’ve received exemplary service. This time it has proved chaotic to say the least. My order was arranged to be collected but I received an email telling me the order would be delivered by Yodel and supplied a tracking number. The confusion and lack of communication from the company was unbelievable! I collected my order today and didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience. Not good enough Premier Products!!

8th September. I ordered my car mats on the 24th August- 14 days ago. I phoned last Wednesday and was told to expect delivery last weekend. I am still waiting. Tried phoning today but no answer.
Customer communication could be a lot better.

First class products with first class service. Can’t recommend highly enough. My second fully fitted boot liner from them, my first simply bought online was excellent. As they didn’t have a template for the specific model of my new car on their site I emailed them & they offered the option for me to drop the car off to them to measure up for a template. This I did. I returned 6 hours later to a fully fitted quilted boot liner! Looks as taylor fitted as my car upholstery. Awesome. Very impressed!

We ordered the VW Golf MK5, Fully Tailored Boot Liner & separate Anti Slip Matting. We are very pleased with the quality of the goods & everything fitted perfectly. We did have an issue with our order & only the anti slip mat arrived but we left it for 10 days then contacted premier products. They instantly realised that our tailored boot liner had not been sent & was quick to apologise & sent it to us via next day delivery. My 4 star review is a reflection on not receiving it all sent together but customer service i felt was great & would give 5 stars.

First time ordering. Purchased quilted seats and this is not what i received. Item doesn't even appear to be for the vehicle i ordered as it does not fit.

Whilst the product looks to fit the bill (only time will tell), the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When I ordered the delivery forecast was 3-5 days but may take up to 10 days because of the pandemic. So after day 12 and no communication from them, I had to make it clear I was not happy. And miracle of miracles they finished my product and sent it out in a matter of a few hours and it was delivered inside 24 hours! Would not recommend Car Mats UK (Premier Products) and judging by other reviews here, I'm not alone.

Just had a full set of rubber mats for my peugeot 807 .
Says 20 yrs experience 😳,i think my mats where made by a 1st day trainee!???.
States tailored made for an Exact Fit,no gaps etc,but they look like my 3 yr old granddaughter cut them using blunt scissors !!?? 🙄 .
Not the quality i was expecting,i might have been better making my own from a roll of rubber!?.
Not sure what their latest 'cad' machine is that cuts perfect accuracy ......i think it broken !!?? 🤔 .

DISAPPOINTED & UNHAPPY
Asked for a RED striped trim, when the mats turned up the colour was nearer PINK!!
When I made contact with the company via email and stated I was not happy, I received an email stating that they were RED and BESPOKE so there is nothing they were prepared to do.
I am stuck with an inferior product that is not to the expected standard or the ordered colour. My car has RED stiching in the seats, steering wheel etc and when compared to this the mat trim is NOT the same!

The is an offer to refund minus 25% restocking fee!!
I never realised that the cost of placing an item on a shelf was so expensive!!

I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THIS FIRM WITH ORDER NUMBER order #595057. THERE WAS NO INDICATION ON THE WEBSTITE THAT ORDERS MIGHT GO OVER 10 WORKING DAYS, WHEN I WAS TOLD IT CAN TAKE MORE THAN 10 DAYS I REQUESTED FOR A REFUND BUT THIS SCAM FIRM TRY TO DEDUCT MONEY FROM ME. AWLFUL FIRM AND AWLFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. COMMUNICATION WITH THIS FIRM IS ABSOLUTELY NON-EXISTENCE, THEY TRY TAKE £7 FROM MY REFUND. HOWEVER, AS SAID I WILL USE £70 TO CHASE THIS £7

why do you even have an express delivery charge when there is nothing express about the service or delivery? they are now quoting me terms and condition. you should make this clearer on your website prior to submitting orders

Brilliant company to deal with they could not have been more helpful.The picture of the mats did not look like the ones in my Motorhome so took it up to them and the designer came out and measured it up and altered it to my wishers I went back 4 days later (my choice) was ready for me could have had it delivered for free but collected myself fits like it should good quality and all for £32.00 bargain will definitely use again
The girls on reception could not have been more helpful a credit to the company

I ordered some car mats, purple with a picture, I also asked if they could add an extra letter to one of the words as it was over the minimum, they said they would. After three weeks I got in touch because I hadn't received them, I realised the pandemic would have an impact, I was told the printer had a problem and couldn't be added, I was ok with that, got the mats today absolutely love the colour but you forgot to add the extra letter, I can live with it but it is supposed to say princess not princes!

I ordered and paid for a full set of seatcovers,17days later they arrived.
The front ones fitted ok but the rear ones were too small by 3” on either side..I phoned them and was told tuff-send the complete set back.

Shocking service! Ordered seat covers and after 2 weeks later and 2 emails still no sign of it, Rang them and promised I will receive it in a few days so fingers crossed, wish I read the bad reviews before ordering from this site

Fantastic product and amazing customer service. After a hiccup with my order I was more than compensated. My daughters simply love the customised mats for their cars. Real touch of fun and super quality. I would highly recommend this company. Customer service is really personal and they sure do aim to have happy customers. I am definitely one!

Delivery and packaging excellent. Product quality met my expectations.

I've been waiting for 15 working days for item to come. I ordered 2 items, and in second day I received an email that they have only one of the two products. And they're very expensive
