Ordered a load area carpet for my van on 16 November, i was sent front mats instead on the 10 December. As of yesterday, i was still waiting for what i originally ordered to be delivered. I cancelled it because they were never going to fulfil my order for reasons unknown. The receptionist i was dealing with was very good at slamming the phone down, less than a second after our conversations about this so called magic carpet. I would never use this company again, totally incompetent.

This is the second boot liner I have purchased (new car) from Premier. The product is excellent value and amazing quality and has actually enhanced the boot over and above the normal carpeting.
Their customer service is top class and having called them a couple of times to qualify some issues they are very knowledgeable, extremely patient and very helpful.
This product is excellent quality and value and the staff are brilliant.

Excellent quality, really surprised about the level of detail.
Wish I hadn't wasted my money on the £18 Halfords ones.
Will definitely be using this company again.

Neither of the two sets of mats they sent fit in a Lotus Elise despite advertising they could cater for it. Was a very slow process and they tried to say they would not issue a refund as the mats had been ‘custom’ fit... it’s been 2 months since my order and still haven’t received my refund. Definitely would not recommend if your car isn’t a common model. Waste of time.

Order came wrong. Told a replacement set was sent. it never arrived asked for refund after sending order back took 15 days for them to process payment had to wait an additional 3 days for payment to reach my bank. Numerous phones as nobody ever called me back when promised bad telephone manners from manager never use again

Ordered quilted front seat covers & a fitted boot liner in black & they arrived within 48 hours - much faster than I was expecting Have just put the liner in the car & all good so far but the dogs haven't got in to make a mess of it yet! Am pleased with the quality and the fit although the latter - and I'm splitting hairs here - could be made bit a better by taking into account the removable luggage blind. With the liner velcro'd in place as intended, removing the blind is made more difficult as the liner is blocking its removal. Not a major problem as the rest of it looks so well made. One request: please use a recyclable plastic bag for the carriage!! Will update this if usage changes my view.

Ordered van mats and seat covers in Sept but 2 weeks later they had still not arrived. I phoned the company and they said that the delay was due to the fact they couldn't provide the seat covers in the colour ordered. They said that they had tried to contact me on several occasions to see if i would like them in a different colour, i had not received any calls from them. I agreed to have the seat covers in a different colour and was told that they would be dispatched within 48 hours. Two weeks later still not received anything so phoned the company again and again got the same response regarding the seat covers. I explained that i had already clarified the change in seat cover colours two weeks earlier, they apologised and said that their system had not been updated with this new information and the mats and covers would be with me within 48 hours. A further two weeks later and still nothing! Phoned them again and got the same excuse about not being able to supply the seat covers in the requested colour and that they had tried to contact me (no missed calls on my phone ???). I said that this was the 3rd time that i had clarified that i would accept the change in colour. I was informed that i would have the mats in 48 hours (again). 4 days later still not mats or covers, phoned again only to be told that they did not have an update on my order and would i like a refund!! So over a month later still no matts and seat covers and having to place an order somewhere else.

bought a boot liner, the sides just did not stay up with the velcro, emailed the company, they said we will send you some velcro replacement, great, 2 weeks later, another email, velcro not arrived, they said we will re-send, 2 weeks later, still no velcro, so i have purchased a £130 boot liner which does not do the job it says it should,and now a waste of money, very disappointed with the after sales care, it seems to be sell, it forget it, think before you buy

Good service but did not send me confirmation emails, I had to ask for them, they also did not send me a ref number. The mats came when they were scheduled, nice material, beautiful design but average quality as my mats threading has started to come away after 2 weeks.

Good quality covers and hassle free service. I would recommend Premiet Products to anyone.
