Quick delivery with plenty of communication to let me know when they were coming. The car seat covers seem to be well made and hard wearing hopefully will put up with the abuse of our staffy jumping in and out all the time!

Disappointed. Quick delivery and good fitting car mats but really disappointed with the quality. Ordered “deluxe” but not convinced the weight of the carpet is as advertised. Think there are better options and better value for money available elsewhere.

I was looking for good quality seat covers and the ones I received were well above my expectations, great customer service and to top it all off they were from a British company and nowadays that is always a priority for me as I like to support UK industry.

Terrible service. Ordered van mats for a Ford Tourneo Minibus way back in January. The order was for over 100 euros. 40 odd emails later still no mats. I only live in France and they keep blaming couriers even though the mats are still in their warehouse. I have now given up and expecting a full refund. Shame they couldn't organise an international delivery in 3 nearly 4 months? Avoid. Especially if you live in the EU!

Ordered a standard boot mat online and the following morning I contacted the company to pay extra for express delivery as I needed the product quickly, the sales person told me that it wasn't possible as it takes 7-10 days to manufacture it. I therefore asked for it to be cancelled and was advised that it had already started being made and therefore the refund would be less 25% of the order. I feel that no effort was made to accommodate my request and the sales person was dismissive and uninterested. I received the refund but they had also taken 25% of the delivery charges too!

I left a message for the Managing Director Mayur Mohanlal to ring me back to discuss my complaint as I feel that customer service leaves a lot to be desired, but unfortunately didn't get any response.

I bought a liner for my mitsubishi phev 2015. Overall the item is nice and fits well. Now this is supposed to be taylered to fit my car and it does. There is one important detail missing if you need access to the D ring lashing eyes so you can strap something down or use maybe a travall dog guard then you'll be out of luck as no access is available, which if you own a dog or you need to strap something down the boot liner then now longer functions. I pointed this out to Premier products, long story short it my fault, should have looked at the prod pictures closer.
A better approach in their handling and could have helped with product development would have been "ah OK so we can improve our product".
Won't be buying again.

Very happy with the product, fit, look and feel.
Does exactly what i wanted it to.
I understand why they cant as the secure fixings in the boot floor are moveable, but the only thing i would add to the liner as an option would be a small hole to allow the fixing for my dog guard to fit the secure clamps in the boot.
My car is a Range Rover L322 and it looks exactly as the picture.
No issue with courier, delivery was about 8 days after order and great comms from Premier Products and the courier used.
Have already recommended these guys to friends and a couple of forums i am on.

I can assure you i am not related to them in anyway, i am just veyr happy with my pruchase.
