No problem watching Premier Sport via Sky Box however cannot say the same when watching on the iPad, keep losing the signal and like fellow reviewers have to reboot iPad and log in again this happened about 4 times yesterday while watching the Edinburgh Glasgow Pro 14 game - very poor

Shocking. App crashed again. Just over 50 minutes, now watching on mobile. This is not what I'm paying for.

Trying to watch Pro 14 rugby on the TV internet is a frustrating experience - log on takes about 10 minutes and then the program crashes!!

I took out an annual subscription- I couldn’t see how it worked but assumed I would get an email explaining when I paid. I received nothing and after reading reviews decided to cancel- i emailed the same day. I have now been told that I have to pay £20 as sky activated my account and won’t refund this. It feels like a scam. No info on how to view it and no confirmation from premier tv or sky to confirm the terms etc. There is no cooling off period
Avoid at all costs! I just wasted £20

Trying to watch pro 14 rugby on ipad. Premier sport 2 crashes every 5 minutes. Have to restart the app every time. Really really crap app. Come on BBC. Lets get the pro 14 back and end this junk. I cant give 0 or even -ve score.

Terrible quality playback, keeps crashing and takes all enjoyment out of pro14 rugby. Rubbish.

Trying to watch Pro 14 rugby, constant stopping/ buffering I have fibre to the premises, BT Sport is faultless, even when trying to watch I get 50Mb plus on speed tests, what a rip off.

If there was a rating of zero, this would get it.
Watching Dragons vs Glasgow and at least 7 crashes, 2 of which required me to reboot my iPad.

This is the worst content app I’ve ever experienced.

Absolutely terrible service. Online player is a joke, constant pausing, stuttering, stopping, errors and just not working at all. While I'm happy to pay the subscription to watch the Pro 14 games, when I can't actually watch the games due to the dismal service I won't be paying for much longer unless things improve.

Trying to watch Kings v Blues on premier player and it has crashed six times in the first half. Absolute rubbish.

Premier sports need to get their act together, I've yet to watch a Scotland rugby game without it buffering, pausing or the commentary is ahead of the game🤬

Really bad, the streaming simply does not work. It's not even poor quality it's actively irritating and makes what should be enjoyable relaxation unpleasant. Avoid.

If you want to pay 11.99 a month to watch games of rugby / football to then get error messages and no coverage at all buy this, ! to then have the error blamed on you and your location despite 100s of people com0laining online with the same issue! with no apology, no hint of a refund! As much as u love whatever sport or team you want to watch live I cannot stress buying this clown outfit is not the way to watch all youl get is an error message every 50 seconds !

Truly awful organisation they get you hooked on a repeat subscription and then you cant contact them when you call them. There is no customer service email. Its nigh on impossible to contact them to cancel your membership. I have phoned 5 times this week been on hold up to 20 minutes yet whenever you call there is always 4 people in the queue. Dont buy a subscription unless you want to waste your life.

Subscribed to Premier TV to see Celtic play in friendlies but they have totally blanked Scotland again by refusing to cover the away tie in Estonia and now the away tie on Wednesday whilst playing meaningless friendlies. Total disgrace and plan to cancel ASAP!

Bunch of robbing ????? I subscribed via my Q box ended up paying two £10 subscriptions then tried cancelling they said the second phone came from Luxembourg and they could not help - cant cancel via mobile app (how convenient). THey just keep taking £20/month - finally found out could only cancel via the computer (hard when I work away and use my mobile for everything). Do not touch them with a barge pole if you want anything resembling customer service
