Absolutely terrible - trying to cancel and cannot get through on phone due to closing call centre because of the current situation, can’t log in online as they don’t recognise any of my details - I have now cancelled the debits with my bank so no future payments come out - maybe then they will contact me!!!!

Horrible
Horrible, horrible company. Do not ever subscribe with them. Aside the complete absence or care from their customer service, the service doesn't work, it stops everytime. You cannot watch one full match without encountering at least 3 to 5 problems along the way. When I have contacted them (with screenshots and proof) to request a refund due to the complete disservice given, they told me to change some settings over the device I was using. I have explained that I use it thought 6 different devices, they have sent me the exact same template. If you need to watch matches pay a bit more but do not use them, it's wasted money.
Stealing money
Stealing money. Cannot cancel my subscription due to closed call centres, they don’t respond to emails or tweets despite their emails saying check social media. They direct you to your online account but there’s no way to cancel from that so I believe they are breaking the law. Sky/BT still operating and dealing with customers and processing cancellations and refunds but this joke of a firm have shut and give you no way to cancel and are stealing my money.

Trying to cancel my subscription with them for days (sky account customer) cant get into my account to do this! it wont let me log on? tried to reset my password wont recognise my email address? absolutely impossible to get a hold of them, Their call centre is closed that I understand due to the current situation but they don't reply via twitter I have emailed them standard email reply saying to log on via your account???? that's why I emailed them in the 1st place I cant access it doh.
But will still take your money tho yet don't provide live sport, I hear now that you can freeze your subscription until the live sports returns but you need to do that via your online account if you are lucky enough to access it.

Impossible to cancel monthly subscription
I took out a months subscription for La Liga sports and have now spent days trying to cancel my monthly subscription and ensure that no further payments are taken. No response to emails and unable to get through by phone.
There is no way to cancel the subscription via my account apart from removing the payment method.
Really poor customer service and I'm pretty sure they are breaking UK law in how they handle requests to cancel ongoing monthly subscriptions.

For starters don't think we should have to pay for pro 14 rugby especially if you have all sports channels on sky. I have been paying the monthly subscription of £11.99 (reluctantly) but my partner likes rugby. This month they have taken £35 for what reason I don't know can't get through on phone. Emailed them with proof of payment and account number they said they had no record of my payment or my account I am waiting for them to get back to me. If they don't sort out I will be cancelling.

Last season I could live cast Pro 24 on their app. This season I can't live cast but can watch catch up. This is no use. Tried Premier Sport customer service which is a joke. Emails not replied to, no phone service. Seems to be a con to get people to sign up to other platforms.

Avoid at all costs if you want to watch the teams you support live!!!!!!!!!!!! they black out nhl subscriptions so you have to watch on there channel then the first showing of there game is 24 hours after it is finished. If you watch soccer you might be alright but anyone that watches contact or collision sports might as well stream it live as you cant watch it on there channel anyways

This would be zero if l could lm in the process of writing a complaint to the CEO/Managing directors. We tried to take out the channel on Sat and the “payment was declined” it so they said l tried calling and they were too busy to put me in the queue. I never thought anymore about it however my husband noticed that the 3 transactions were pending on his account!! He contacted them on Sat and gave over trans Id and acc. No response we thought just a pending will drop back in to then discover today Tues all transactions have been taken from acc. I phoned them they cut me off 3 times before l then could get to speak with Shoo Madison Mgr in Mauritius and l had been told they couldn’t find the transactions. After me sending screenshots and proof that they had indeed come out she has now said 3-5 business days for a refund that had been fraudulently taken from our account. The service is appalling and the unprofessionalism from their contact centre is on another level. I would recommend you steer clear of premier sports they still has a cheek to ask if l wanted it activated 72 hrs after the football game had taken place. Joke and disgrace of a company!!!

The stream through the app never works properly - jerky or drops out completely. Our other apps work perfectly. Customer service is by e-mail, so even a simple enquiry takes days. In essence, Premier Sport have scammed their way to get broadcast licenses - they haven't invested enough, so the service is awful. We've written to Pro-14 and our club to complain - essentially we're paying the wages of players we can hardly watch.
