Hi I have been having the same issue. Can't speak to anyone and no reply to emails. I found this number instead of Premier rate 0333 003 3773. I got through straight away and cancelled within few minutes. Hope this helps.

Took out the free laliga tv offer. Have been charged 5.99 despite cancelling within a few days. Person on the phone said I couldn't have because that option wasn't available. Total con by premier sports to get peoples money. Won't be using this channel again.

As everyone else on this post having issue cancelling an the only way to do it is call the premium number 0871 663 9000.

Total scammers do not use, over time la liga will come back to sky because they will go bankrupt if we stop using it

Just wanted to endorse all the 1-star reviews (presumably only because 0 star ratings not available). Stunningly unethical company, enticing customers in with free offer, being unclear about the cancellation notice period and then making it almost impossible to cancel (the "our phones lines are too busy to allow you to join the queue" was a particularly nice touch) and so taking people's money anyway. Avoid at all costs.

Premier Player (Premier Sports) are fraudulent and incompetent. Signed up for a 'free trial' just to watch LaLigaTV at the end of June. Soon after I logged in to cancel my subscription. It asks me to wait 48 hours after signing up in order to do this. So I waited 3 days (still being before July) and still have the same message. I also emailed and tweeted them but no response regarding my cancellation requests. It has now been a week and still get the same "48 hour" message. There is no number to contact for Premier Player, only Premier Sports for Sky customers. I also refuse to pay c13p per minute to speak to someone.

I have now contacted the bank and raised a dispute. Do not use this service. Absolute scam.

Premier Sports TV are fraudulent or Incompetent. Signed up for a 'free trial' as a Sky customer to LaLigaTV to the end of June and discovered I was charged. Online account also does not allow you to cancel (which I tried to before the end of July) but gives you a phone number to cancel. I called that number many times over the last week but it constantly provided a message that said due to high volumes they cannot place you in the queue and to manage your subscription online.
The only way to contact them is to call the number through which you can subscribe (not surprisingly fully working but charges you to call - my call cost £5.32!). After being put on hold many times when I told them I wanted to cancel but had been prevented from doing so by them, when I disputed the £5.99 charged to my credit card, and when I had said I had typed the code for the trial correctly. I demanded that they refund me but they said this was only possible by emailing their customer services (the same one I had emailed asking them to cancel but they had not)!
I will be contacting my bank and demanding a charge back to my credit card, as I do not trust them to provide a refund.

Signed up to a trial which could be cancelled prior to 1st July. Cancelled and they said I had to give 5 days notice and would take 1 more months subscription. Obviously desperate for subscriptions.
Said you could cancel on their web site. Tried to do this and was asked to ring a telephone number.
Stay clear of the company if you know what's good for you. Dishonest with no principles.

Was on a call to a premium number to try to cancel as per some of the other reviews. I was number 2 in the queue for 30 mins and racked up over £10 in phone bill and still couldn't get through. Wish i had avoided the "free" trial as tempting as it may be this company are scammers. It looks like the trial can be cancelled online at a glance however when you try to cancel it refers you to a telephone number that nobody answers and the after the automated voice plays ends the call. Really terrible service and is basically daylight robbery! Dont make the same mistake i did!!!!!!

Had the same trouble as everyone else here trying to cancel LaLiga TV but found a customer service number 0871 222 8484 if you ring this select option 1 you will be put through to someone. The call is charged but at least you speak to a human who will cancel your subscription.

Terrible, they make it totally impossible to cancel, signed up for free trial of la liga tv and now wanting to cancel before the free trial ends, it’s not possible to cancel online they make you phone up but then an automated service just says they can’t place you in a queue and hang up

I have a high-speed internet connection capable of streaming 4K with no issues, however, trying to stream La Liga at 480p is near enough impossible, their app barely works and in three months I've been unable to watch a single sporting event without it buffering. I subscribe to a lot of OTT sports apps and have no problems with any of the others... Premier Sports is an absolutely appalling service that doesn't even get the basics right.

Try to watch La Liga but message file not supported so i cannot support Premier Sports Direct.

The most disgusting site I ever encountered. How am I paying for Serie A and La Liga and they show basketball,Hockey and Ukraine games instead of the actual Serie A games??? And how come I settle for a La Liga game and every 5min it says "video cannot be played, (error code :232011)" and this has happend countless times, I've tried to ring em up to cancel several times but no answer. BIGGEST SCAM EVER. How are such important leagues associating with these sites?? ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.

Flower shops have better websites than Premier Sports. I hope you lose the next Seria A (and other league) tender. Requested support with error code issues and they blamed my low spec. (Alienware R17) system.

Received an email promotion offering to join LALIGA until beginning of July for free, and got charged straight away £10!! Daylight robbery.
The platform is rubbish, and the quality of the image is rubbish too.

I've seen these reviews and i thought I'm going to try a few things...

The normal LaLigaTv HD channel with the picture quality seems decent enough and no issues so far and will edit in due course

They have not saved my payment details, I logged out and logging in again was fine so far

The trick is to not get charged is as soon as you subscribe... If you plan to cancel, do it immediately, but because I don't want the free part to end, when I went to leave, I was offered an offer of £2.99 A month for 3 months so I will do it near the end.

I have a great deal of empathy of people that have suffered badly

I've taken out the free 1 month subscription for the online player and all i can say is, I'm grateful it was free (well, actually £0.02 in two £0.01 instalments 🤷‍♂️).

The picture quality is woeful, so much so, i refuse to play it through HDMI to my TV.

I've only got it for the interim until the EPL returns, so I look forward to attempting to cancel my subscription tomorrow!!

How On earth did La Liga get themselves involved with this shambolic company. Everything about Premier Sports is terrible - no customer service, and the website is horrible. Can’t subscribe online. Made costly phone calls to their customer service (that is usually free with any other service provider) and no response after wasting precious time and money. They shouldn’t be in business of entertainment. La Liga should be in search of another broadcasting partner.
