Hidden costs
Hidden costs.
Different program from the one displayed on website. 25 euro for pick up or deliver outside this new program 9-18. 50 euros for both.
The price of insurance is different than the one displayed on their website. Not 7 euro/day but.. 12 euro/day.
Hidden separate cost for fuel. They block another 50 euro on card. Dynamic fuel.
Hidden obligations for scratches with exorbitant prices from 100 to 500 euros if the driver don't have police report.
Bad client service and desk agents, with bad attitude and no capacity to explain the hidden and illegal costs.
If you rent using any other online broker and not their website expect new hidden costs.
Different companies that provide the cars. You rent from one LTD and they make you pay to a different LTD company and sign term and conditions with the first.
I do not recommend to chose this provider.

Regarding your concerns, we would like to answer them:
- The business hours have not impacted your rental, you were not charged for anything related to the business hours.
- You booked the car via a broker, the insurance from the broker is not related to the protection we sell.
- The depozit for fuel is a common practice in rent a car and it's not hidden.
- It is absolutely normal to provide a police report if you are involved in an accident, for obvious reasons.
- If the agents from the location you rented displayed a behaviour that was not professional, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Favorite car rental company so far
I have rented 6-7 times in the past 1 and a half years from Premium Rent Cluj and was always extremely satisfied. Great communication, cars, and prices. Will use their services all the time when needing to rent a car in Romania.

The worst experience!
The worst experience!
I have a reservation through DiscoverCars.com (includes Full insurance).
Upon arrival they make you sign a page where even for invisible scratches (0 to 5 mm) you have to pay a lot of money.
They will scare you out badly, what you don't buy insurance from their company they will charde (not block, charge!) 1400 euros on your credit card for 30 days.
When I explained that I had insurance through DiscoverCars, they claimed that in the event of scratches they could not give an event / repair and then report would not cover.
In the end, it turned out that they did not have a vehicle I ordered and they demanded that I pay more than rental voucher listed for an upgrade. They just said they did not respect what rental voucher listed. I called DiscoverCars who talked to them but couldn't solve a problem.
