Premium Rent Cluj Napoca - Avoid!!
Be very careful with this company! We read all the amazing reviews on trustpilot and decided to book with them, however we had a very bad experience at arrival. They will scare and stress you out badly so you buy another insurance from their company (even if you already have one) or they will block 1500 euros on your credit card. I felt that I am buying a house or donating an organ not renting a car for one week. It was the worst experience we ever had while picking up a car honestly. So absolutely stressful as they tell you about all the bad things that can happen to you in one week! You feel like running back home, not enjoying your holiday after that conversation! While there, we realized the source of all the "amazing" reviews : they offer you 20% discount if you leave one good review and 40% for two good reviews!! I couldn't believe the lack of shame in this people. They make you panic and then they ask for 5 stars reviews. An absolute scam!

I thank the premium renters in Sibiu for being able to help me with a car rental. I had a reservation at another company, but I forgot my credit card at home, no company could help me. The staff were very jumpy, Mihaela saw me as I was confused and asked if she could help me. They were very professional, I thank them and from now on I will only return through premium. I know that at premium they can help me in any situation!

Good, reliable company
I rented a vehicle in July this year and, apart from the long wait to pick up the car, I had absolutelly no problem, either with the rental agency or with the car itself. Dobre Ioan, the person assisting me with the car pickup, took the time to check the vehicle with me and show me how various features work.
I noticed that usually people tend to write reviews only after a bad experience, out of frustration or seeking help. I was a bit nervous about the company at the begining, not being familiar with it, however, it ended up being a pleasant surprise. After being burnt by another rental agency in Spain, I realize that positive reviews should be posted as well, helping people to make a better decision on their choices.

Pickup was fast, car was new and our children even had room to play while we did the paperwork. The host, Mugur was very kind and made the process fast and simple.
