DO NOT TRY TO ACTIVATE THESE CARDS!!!! I have been using these cards for years - practically every month. I have used them at grocery stores, restaurants, drug stores and a couple of times online. ALL WITHOUT ACTIVATING THEM. The 2 times over the years that I tried to activate them IT HAS NOT WORKED. Like all visa gift cards IT WILL EXPIRE. So make sure to use it before it does. DO NOT TRY TO ACTIVATE!!!!

When I went to the website it had all these warnings about taking you there by the wrong way and it might be a fraudulent site. I looked up what you all said about it and people thought it was a scam. I went to the website entered all the information and they said it was an invalid expiration date and I just received it. It doesn't expire until 2022 and this is 2021. So I called to check the balance it said I had $25 on it.
I went to Amazon bought a gift card and no problems. I'm thinking you can just use it without activating it cuz I never could activate it.

i received a prepaid card and did not realize it expires. the card says another can be re-issued but the rep told me that was impossible. I tried to use the card before it expired and it would not work. I wonder if this card was a scam!!

I concur with those who believe this to be a fraudulent company. I was issued a credit from Toyota Motor Credit through them via this PPC company and a Visa debit card. The first one would never activate and I tried for months. Then eventually it expired. I was able to get through the number on back and finally talked them into reissuing the card for no fee. The sent me another one nearly 2 months later. I now have it and have been trying unsuccessfully to activate it for a month. Neither the online site nor the phone # will work. If you have one of these you should report them to the authorities and Visa or Mastercard.

I misplaced my card during COVID and signed on to hopefully get a card replacement. This is the message I received from them."The card you are attempting to access has expired and has passed the eligibility period for access or replacement." So they get to keep my $29.98. Does anybody know where the home office is so we can all file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. What a shameful outcome. I am cancelling all my Visa credit cards. They must be aware of these scammers. Based on all the reviews the do not care about their reputation

Tried every way possible to find how to activate this card. I got cut off on the phone, I completed a wallet and it would not send! The website sends you in circles. Have wasted days trying to activate this card .

Terrible website interface. I did get through on the phone months ago, when it was impossible to create a "wallet" online, and impossible to get card balances without a wallet. They created the wallet and registered my cards and set password for me. But now, when I try again to check balances online, I get a 500 Internal Server Error, when I can get past verifying the emailed security code at all. Not sure who these people are, but I suggest using up your balances ASAP, before they go under.

This card is fraud, there's no way for you to active the card, the toll free number is a waste of time. No one to speak with. It redirects you to the website, spent 10 mins filling in the info. Then there's NO OPTION TO ACTIVATE THE CARD. What a scam and waste of peoples time.

This is a scam. My card had $5 for filling out a survey. It never worked.

Was very fiddly to set-up and you only get help by email. But, once set-up works fine and can use to purchase on Amazon and ebay.

Card expired, why. It's just a ripoff I got this card for a Lenox air conditioner install.
Shame on Lenox for using them. If you promise a visa card then give a visa card

Not even one star, really. Exceedingly difficult to obtain the card in the first place( a 'reward' from Bosch) and site completely opaque about registering card, getting PIN and using card. Hope shopping will be different!

Website was clearly made to make it as difficult as possible to redeem prepaid cards. So poorly designed it seems fraudulent.

I called your organization to obtain the balance/status of my account. I was informed that I have a $25.00 balance and also that my card had expired 01/21. The representative suggested I go online and request a new card.

I went online. The website response was the card had expired and there was nothing that could be done about it.

I phoned again to report the results of going online and was told by another representative that there was nothing I could do.

It appears that your company in these difficult times, gets to keep my $25.00 for no other reason, than the card expired 3 months ago.

If you get a reward card that comes with something saying to register it at this site in case it gets lost, don't even bother. You'll spend 15 minutes trying to make an account on a website that's barely functional. You're better off just being extra careful not to lose the card.

This is a terrible company. The card will only work if what you are trying to pay for is less than the amount on the card balance. Example: card balance is $50 but merchandise is $60, so you think I'll use $50 on the card and pay the balance with another payment method but it will not allow you to do this. Then the card expires and they say you can go online and pay $12.95 to reissue the card but the website states this can not be done because the card has expired.

Should be a 0-star rating....Toll-free # says 24/7 support, but there are no options to speak to rep and once I enter my card #, it tells me to visit the site and "goodbye". Website keeps cycling me back into log-in and setting new passwords each time, despite using 4 different browsers, confirming identity through PINs, and won't let me contact an actual human through site. How is this company still in business!!??

have a $200.00 card that expired. I know that this money doesn't just dissapear into the nether so I called to get them to reissue a card. They say do it online. So i try to do that but cannot b/c my card expired! Call again and they make up some story about their website still being able to do this. When I say I dont have the option they try to say they dont know what they can do and they are out of options. I ask for a manager and 10 seconds later they say they will mail out a new card. Terrible service!!!

I had a card on which a $89 balance remained. After the expiration date passed on my card, I called them for a reissue and agreed to their terms. They keep telling me the card will arrive but it never does.
I communicated three times with them about this, and sent the form they requested, but they keep ignoring me. This company should be closed down.

Would not recommend. 10 dollar reissuing fee and still do not have access to funds on the card because of expiration date, called the customer service number and they informed me it was still not accessible. Use a more reliable service.
