They deserve no stars. Weeks late delivery despite express delivery being paid for. When delivered most of the items were incorrect and far inferior/cheaper products that are not even on the website. No replys at all from the vendor regarding the issues, will commence small claims court proceedings ASAP.

Do not use this company!

Further to my earlier review. I have received a refund from PayPal. If this company is having problems due to Covid, then the owner should just state that. Instead they are self destructing.

I dealt with this company around the beginning of 2020, at first they were great, the bloke was really friendly, invited me to use their bushcraft space. Then twice, I had issues with sending the wrong size, it all got complicated with what was owed back to me, then I couldn’t contact them, phone wasn’t answered, I left messages by the bucket load, and emails. Eventually, I asked on a Facebook bushcraft group if anybody knew what was happening, had they shut down. Supposedly one of his employees saw it and told him and he got in touch, with some excuse. Things got partly sorted, then I had to send back a £90 Dutch army bivvy bag, no refund was issued, no answer to phone calls and messages for 2 weeks, then finally one was issued after I left really disgruntled messages saying I was taking legal action, again, some excuse about phone lines down. I was still owed about £30 and was trying to sort something out to mend a Hungarian Lavvu that was faulty. Yet again couldn’t get in touch, I just gave it up in the end, it was not worth the stress and irritation. I just don’t understand what the issues are, it’s as though he couldn’t care less about the way his business is going. I would never shop there again, and would suggest no one else do either. It really is bizarre. It was upsetting in a way, because at first, I felt like I’d been “bought into the fold”, being invited to use their bushcraft facility, he said he would pick me up from the station, as I had no transport. I was going to help them set it up, as it was a work in progress, then nothing, just excuses and fob offs. Anyway, steer clear, that’s my advice!

After ordering when I saw some of these reviews, I was a little worried. However, order arrived this morning, great value for money so I am more than happy.

Used this company many times and had no problem in the past.
Recently made an order and had item missing from it. Been trying to contact this company via phone and email but not been able to get through or reply won't be using this company again from now on and shall be making sure the bushcraft and wild camping community knows not to order from this company company as they're unreliable

Terrible service. Incorrect item received through the post. Have made multiple attempts to email and call with zero response. No idea what to do now as it looks like I've simply lost my money.

Awful company. Returned an item and was not issued with a refund. Tried to contact them multiple times with no answer. Returned item was signed for as well so I knew exactly when it had arrived. Ended up having to go through PayPal to get my money back.

Item never showed up, no contact. Had to take out a PayPal dispute just to get my money back.

Scam, do not use.

Same as everyone else can't reach them through any methods and they only delivered half my order totaling less than £30 of the £100 I spent there. If I hear nothing back I will report them as a scam and contact my bank. Truly awful.

Seeing the reviews here rings the same bell. Scam!? Have reported to Trading standards via citizens advice. Avoid this company!!!! Same on their Facebook page. They don't respond to any form of communication. Do not buy from them.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and it had never arrived. Fully paid up. No response on emails or phone.
Thoroughly disappointed

Ordered something 22 December still hasn't arrived 1 month later, tried emailing, tried ringing. Nothing!!!! Never had this before.

I ordered a £160 Exped Downmat and 48 hour deliver from them, they emailed on Sunday morning to say that they had sent it to royal mail. 60+ hours later and royal mail still haven't received anything from them which means the 48hr delivery hasn't even started yet. They won't answer any emails to them. They are clearly an incompetent scam shop. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Never sent my items and I tried contacting but no response it’s been weeks now

They have not refund my purchase. Firstly, they sent the wrong item. I contacted them and I paid again for the correct item on the understanding that the credit would be dealt with later.
3 months later and they won't answer my calls or emails.

My order was the value of over £240 and they only delivered half of it!! Tried to ring them, email them and contact them on social media - zero responses. I am now having to raise a dispute via PayPal to try and get my money back! Ridiculous that they are still even in business at this rate. Clearly a scam shop going by other reviews. A singular mistake is acceptable but this is just a common practise for this shop! Avoid at all costs!!

unreliable ,untrustworthy, disrespectful.

This company and I use that term loosely is taking peoples money and not sending the items. I purchased a bivvy for my sons camping trip and never received it... Tried to contact numerous times. They have a mobile number which is on so someone knows.. Parasites
