Having tried several different modules…
Having tried several different modules for reminders on abandoned carts, I settled on Abandoned Cart Reminder by PrestaHero (ETS). Here is the most advanced functionality, in addition, it is possible to organize various mailing campaigns to your customers.
The support service was able to find the bug on my site during the day and fix everything.

BUGGY MODULE & BAD SUPPORT
Unfortunately Prestahero is not providing a good module here. It is full of bugs, time stamps do not work on Europe, and the support is complaining all the time. You ask to fix, they take 3 rounds to fix little bug. Now the wont update the module any more, becouse they made some small adjustments, like to fix the time stamps. What a pity.
They promise 24/7 support, but it is very sad how they threat the customer.
It's very sad that I need to leave this feedback, but I see no other chance than do it. I cannot advice this module, also you will lose your money becouse they will NEVER EVER give you back the money.
