There website is deliberately misleading, the product description is for two remanufactured canon printer cartridges but they only send one which is the same price as an OEM cartridge. On contacting them they refused to send the other cartridge and so far have refused me a refund.
Wrong item sent. Emailed on more than one occasion to ask for a refund and have been ignored. Never use this company.
Absolutely terrible company. I've ordered thermal labels that don't print the full barcode. I've emailed with Pics over 3x now. I've had no response. You can't return as you need to email. No response.
They Absolutely need reporting
AVOID!!! Ordered two sets of cartridges for Epson WF-2750. When inserted they come up as cartridge not recognised, also the chip on the cartridge fell off and into my printer where it is now stuck. I contact Prestige and they sent me a link to instructions to try so the cartridges would be read and was told to use ink from the second pack. I followed the instructions but still unrecognised. I have emailed three times since and have received no response - probably because I'm requesting a refund.
I am still waiting on items purchased from this company for over 2 weeks! numerous emails, excuses, absolute liars!!! They will not fulfill your purchase - I am contacting my bank immediately!
