Disappointed with Quality and Customer Service

I ordered roses from Haute Florists and was really disappointed with the quality. While the flowers were wrapped nicely, the roses themselves never opened – they just drooped and withered despite being well cared for. I waited five days before contacting customer service, hoping they’d bloom, but they never did.

When I finally reached out, I was told I hadn’t reported the issue within their three-day window, so there was nothing they could do. It’s incredibly frustrating to be penalised for giving the flowers a fair chance. There was no empathy, no accountability – just a blanket refusal to help.

It’s telling that there’s an entire Facebook group dedicated to boycotting Haute Florist and Prestige Gifting. That says more than any marketing ever could. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I suggest others think twice before trusting them with a special occasion.

No delivery

A bunch of flowers was ordered from Prestige Giving/HauteFloriste three days in advance for delivery on a Saturday. The Courier failed to deliver, saying that there was no-one to accept them. They could easily have left them in the adjoining car park with a note saying where they were, but they did not. As this was the last day of a stay there would have been no-one to accept them the next day or thereafter. Prestige gifting have suggested they should still be delivered four days later. Unfortunately I did not order 'Dried Flowers'!

They do not deliver the flowers and take your money refusing to refund. Over 100 emails sent in 5 days. Total scam. Extremely rude staff who clearly don’t care, just repeat policies which make no sense-I paid for a bouquet and it hasn’t been delivered and they take zero responsibility for this. Trading standards bank etc will be informed. They claim it’s been left in a “safe place” but it’s not there. Claimed to send 3 times. Absolute nonsense. How hard is it to deliver flowers to an address? Total scam-looking at reviews this happens all the time. Easy way to make money - if you have no morals. This is my first of many planned reviews to warn people after trying my best to either get the paid for bouquet delivered or a refund. I was very clear I would leave reviews and have ensured they get a copy of this one.

If I could give 0 stars I would!

I ordered a rose and lily bouquet for my friends 60th birthday from the branch of Prestige Gifting called Haute Florist. The internet showed that if you ordered by 10pm you got next day delivery - that didn't happen as the first issue. So they arrived a day late. The main issue was that despite the beautiful looking bouquet shown on the internet, the bouquet that turned up looked like it had been bought from a late night petrol station and then involved in a car crash on the way home. When I reported the issues I was told that they don't guarantee any delivery for next day and that the flowers were just as shown on the internet. fortunately I had paid through Paypal and did eventually get a full refund despite Prestige asking for them to be returned as proof 3 weeks after arrival!!

Ordered flowers that never arrived. Constant back and forth with customer services. Apparently 2 attempted deliveries with nothing on the recipients ring doorbell. Told I couldn’t get a refund. Do NOT use this company

Avoid haute and prestige

Ordered flowers via Haute flowers for delivery to Jersey. Never arrived. Flowers were also coming from mainland Uk, not local. Requested a refund and dealt with Prestige Gifting. Despite repeated requests for a refund they are resending the flowers more than a week late and I am already out of pocket buying replacement flowers. Worst customer service, no refund. I should have known better than to use the first hit on google search.

Disappointing Service – Avoid for Special Occasions

I ordered flowers for a 40th birthday via Haute Florest, expecting next-day delivery as advertised. They were not delivered on time and ended up sitting in a Royal Mail sorting office over the weekend.

Customer service was dismissive, hiding behind terms and conditions instead of taking responsibility for a failed delivery.

If you care about making someone feel special on a meaningful day, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This company over-promises and under-delivers, with zero accountability when things go wrong.

Ordered a large bouquet of flowers

Ordered a large bouquet of flowers, received a few stems, hardly any foilage, looked nothing like the image on their website. I complained to them and they offered ridiculous advice to put them in water and give them the flower food! Of course they were already in water when I sent them pictures along with the comparison pictures of their advertised flowers and the dire stems received. They could not care less, I have contacted Citizens Advice to report them to trading standards. Do not buy from them, stating they are Haute flowers, Prestige Gifts and Prestige Flowers, complete scam!

Flowers arrived damaged and dying

Flowers arrived damaged and dying. Received a small when ordered and paid for a large.
Refund requested via email with a photograph of the flowers. Received no reply and no refund. Very embarrassing was a gift for my sister.

DON'T BUY FROM A COMPANY WHO HAVE NO INTEREST IN SORTING OUT AN ISSUE OF DAMAGES!

Purchased for £150.00, a Hatbox arrangement of red roses for my wife.
The Roses in the Box arrived damaged. Some of the roses were snapped and bent from the stem, and the arrangement was nothing like the picture.
It was lopsided, and the bottom layers of roses were not straight, leaving me very unimpressed.
Emailed pictures to show that the arrangement had arrived damaged, to be emailed to say there were no apparent quality issues, and failed to address, the damages, the lopsided, that the middle of the arrangement had broken roses and snapped; to this, they ignored and took no responsibility for the product they sell.

Then, after you are disappointed and they do not take responsibility, add, "We sincerely hope that the bouquet brings joy and is thoroughly enjoyed!"
How can you, when you have been delivered a damaged arrangement of red roses which should be perfect, what would you expect for £150.00?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! DISGUSTED ATTITUDE AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNIMPRESSED

Very poor experience

Very poor experience. Delayed my delivery despite it being arranged 2 weeks in advance and did not even inform me of the delay. I had to get in touch to find out where my order was. Very poor customer service when I raised the issue, telling me if I want a refund they would not be able to issue a full refund. Useless service. Need to fix up with the way they delivering their service to people. Don’t ask people to order in advance if you can’t deliver to them.
Will not be ordering from them again.

Do not use this company!
This website charged me £10 extra for the flowers i ordered, their response to my email was @i must have selected the wrong size and ordered a larger bunch' ordering was very confusing as i selected the bunch i wanted then when i went to pay it had changed the size, but didn't show it until the payment had gone through! Robbers!

Absolutely atrocious. Flowers weren't delivered. Really obstructive with my complaint saying I needed to go to Royal Mail for a redelivery when it said returned to sender after several back and forth of emails which were answered haughtily. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM : Haute Flowers

YET ANOTHER MOTHER’S DAY FAIL

Non-existent Flower Delivery Experience or customer service on Mother's Day - AVOID THIS COMPANY!

My husband ordered flowers via Haute Florist to be delivered on Mother's Day as a surprise gift from our sons. The day was stressful as he was anxiously waiting for the delivery and eventually had to tell me about the ‘surprise’ when it became a possibility they wouldn’t arrive.
The flowers didn’t come on Mother's Day itself, leaving my husband feeling terrible and my sons upset. What should have been a special day turned into an upsetting one through no fault of my family.
When the flowers did finally arrive the following day, the quality was absolutely appalling. They were wilting, brown, and clearly not fresh. When we complained, the company suggested we "remove the guard petals" from all 60+ flowers - an impossible and ridiculous suggestion that wouldn't have addressed the poor quality issue.
My husband had to write a formal letter before action and threaten legal proceedings before the company finally offered a full refund. He'll be sharing this letter on his socials soon so others can use it as a template if they experience similar issues.
I would strongly advise against using this so called ‘florist’.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet to be delivered on Sunday and paid extra based on the guarantee that my mum would receive them on the day. Not only did the flowers not arrive on the day but they were didn’t replicate the picture. Customer service was abhorrent as they claimed they are contractually not obligated to deliver flowers on the date you need them. They use HAUTE FLOWERS too so I’d avoid these two places at all costs!
