Must Warn Others - Terrible Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered two bouquets: a large one and one in a hat, paying a premium to match the color theme of my dinner. Instead, I received a tiny bouquet in the wrong color—completely embarrassing, as it looked like a mistake and was too small to put on the table.

When I reached out to complain, I received a dismissive response claiming it was the correct size and that I had made a mistake with my order. Not a single word addressed the fact that I never received the other bouquet in the hat !

I've been going back and forth via email, but they continue to ignore my concerns regarding the missing item. Save your money and avoid this company. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering—I regret my decision and will ensure others know about my experience. They clearly do not value their customers and should be avoided.
Don’t order from them !

Prestige flowers BE AWARE

Received flowers for my birthday 20th October the flowers arrived the roses were brown around the edges next day they were drooping very disappointed. The flowers didn't last very long. The flowers arrived with very little water it was like a wet pad around the stems. The company should be ashamed of the flowers they send out as they are a lot of money for what you receive. BE AWARE WHEN USING THIS COMPANY. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star

Don’t take the chance!!! Waste of money.

Received red rose and lilies bouquet (along with other add ons). The ROSES did not look healthy when I unpacked them and never perked up with water and the plant food which was provided.

Drooped, wilted, petals did not open, leaves going crunchy - dead roses within a couple of days.

Despite photographs and several emails the company was not interested in properly resolving the issue.

An extremely frustrating experience - totally ruined my birthday gift. Oh, and it came a day late.

Do not use if you want it to arrive on time

Wish I’d seen this review and knew that Haute Florist used Prestige Gifting before I ordered!!
Flowers did not arrive on the day that I paid extra for. Claiming that Scotland delivery was the issue 🤯 hardly the Outer Hebrides near Glasgow so not a justifiable reason when there was no mention of the address being a risk for delayed delivery when I ordered.
Terrible service after I tried to cancel the order and get a refund, suddenly it was then dispatched and only a £4 delivery cost was offered as a refund.
Would not use this company again; plenty of other good and reliable flower delivery services available!

Don't waste your money!!

Ordered flowers through their sister company Haute Flowers and was purchased on a Thursday to be delivered for Friday. The flowers arrived on the Monday, they were wilted and half the size of the photo on the website. According to the Florist Manager, the Boutique was of good quality and they are intentionally delivered in bud form to ensure maximum freshness and longevity, even though they were wilted and dried when delivered - I certainly will not be ordering from Haute or the sister company Prestige Gifting. please see photo attached.

No flowers arrived - RUBBISH service

The flowers I booked for my Sister in laws birthday - I thought through Haute Florist - whom I mistakenly assumed were a local Chester business - in fact seemed to have been fulfilled or not by Prestige Gifting - The flowers did not turn up and I was told to contact Royal Mail to rebook the delivery - ie several days later when the flowers would be presumable dead - A terrible service watch out - as they obviously pose on the internet as local florists under different names! just under £50 for nothing or dead flowers several days late - she still hasn't received them.

UPDATE the flowers have arrived - 4 days late and amazingly are still alive so a happy ending - but I would still not use this company again as the customer service was unbelievably unhelpful and the Royal Mail is bonkers way to send a fresh product.

Avoid!

Unfortunately my review is solely at this stage based on customer service and process being against consumer law. I’m unable to review the actual flowers as despite selecting a delivery date for my mums birthday - these flowers did not arrive.

I would strongly advise anyone looking to order flowers, avoid 123 / Prestige completely. They believe that blanket T&Cs floating in the back pages of their website cover them from any standard consumer law - and have zero customer service skills at even trying to make a situation a more positive one (like flowers not arriving on the day agreed).

I needed to order some last min flowers and went to two other flower services before finding 123’s site. The first site actively flagged that the flowers would not arrive on time, the second site allowed me to get to point of sale and then had a pop up that communicated the the flowers would not arrive by the date needed due to the address being in Scotland. That’s when I tried 123 - I inputted the delivery date and it gave me the selection available for that date and location. I went through the whole transaction process and at no point did it ask me to accept / say that the date was a condition of T&C’s. I paid the extra for express and was impressed that the florist was a 7 day a week service.

I received my confirmation and invoice (including delivery date) and was told I’d receive another email when the flowers were sent - which I never did.

On day of delivery I waited till midday, and then sent an email to their team, clearly explaining the flowers were meant for delivery today. I received a reply with a tracking number, but no acknowledgement that the flowers should have been arriving that day. When I checked the tracking, it said they were due to arrive the following day. I responded to 123 and again explained these were needed by today, and asked if they could escalate to ensure something arrived today, even if it meant resending. Instead of a helpful reply I was told to wait until 7.30pm as they still “might” arrive - not good enough for a service that most use for an occasion. I asked if anyone from the team would even be available / able to help that late, to which point I received a very dismissive reply telling me I’d accepted the T&Cs and that deliveries to Scotland take longer - clearly they knew this all along but accepted the order anyway.

I knew I had not accepted any T&Cs, nor was there any prompts / alerts around T&Cs. I even went back through the sales process and invoice to double check.

I finally “in the small print” of the page at the very bottom found a T&Cs section - to which they have blanket terms that they basically think make them not liable for any issues. I responded again in email, as having worked in consumer law, I know this is a lazy “copy paste” of terms, and in no way do they over rule trading standards or the consumer rights act. I asked for the email to be escalated, and disappointingly a senior member of the team just repeated the “T&Cs” line - and told me to speak to my bank if I wanted a refund.

No accountability or care from a customer point of view that the flowers hadn’t arrived by the date they accepted - let alone their senior management being as uneducated on e-commerce law as the previous team member.

Through work and personally I send around 10 bouquets a month - I fully appreciate that things can go wrong sometimes, especially using third party couriers, but there are two things companies are able to control and that is transparency and customer care and 123 / Prestige have shown today that they value neither. I understand my bank will refund my money as 123 have clearly breached the order agreement, but it’s the hassle of now having to do a charge back when this could have simply been a refund via them and accountability.

I see many poor experiences with them in the reviews - it’s clear they are in need of training and an update on processes and marketing / communications. I hope that my experience helps others avoid having to have disappointment and the stress of emails and forms.

To the 123 team I say you never know what your customers are going through personally, and flowers are a huge gesture to try and brighten up someone’s day. People don’t need the back and forth of just trying to get what they paid for - nor should you be providing incorrect or misleading information so you don’t have to rectify or refund.

Do better.

A small error!

Lovely Flowers delivered, but with the wrong card! Didn’t seem too bothered offered a £5 credit on my next order! Didn’t think this error was a big deal! I ordered through Haute, if I had known it was Prestige Gifting I would not have ordered.

Haute Florists

Ordered flowers through their sister company Haute Flowers and purchased based on next day delivery. 3 days later still no flowers have arrived and their customer service is shocking - only contact via email!! They blame their courier which is outwith their control - be aware they are not interested unless its more than 3 days late - do not use their next day service as they cannot do it.

Worst florist in the world

Worst florist in the world. Do not deliver what is advertised on the website. Inferior product and when I complained they said that they felt the product delivered was consistent with the product advertised. Stay away from this company. Go to a reputable florist who takes pride in the product they sell. Overpriced for the quality of flowers they deliver.

Really awful service

Really awful service! I ordered flowers and chocolates for my niece in Paris. It was her birthday. They showed up three days late. The flowers were pretty but not remotely what I ordered. She sent photos. The chocolate box was gnawed through at the side— there was a huge hole in it! Totally gross and inedible. Also embarrassing. I asked for my money back but all they offered was a £10 voucher for their site. As if I would order from them again!

Hamper not delivered on the day requested. ( Birthday)

Message from Prestige Hamper:
‘It is important to note that by making a purchase from Prestige Gifting, you are not entering into a contract that guarantees a specific delivery time frame. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date due to the involvement of third-party courier service, delivery date is an aim not a guarantee’.
They perhaps could let the customer know the above information on the website next to the delivery date options.

Awful flowers, allergies to my step mum half dead and beaten! And wilted, emailed this to the company, and they don’t care at all, basically saying ‘they look fine’ absolutely appalling customer service, no wonder they have so many 1* reviews, all saying the same thing.

Looks like I'm in good company with my one star review. USA Mother's Day bouquet gift from our daughter in San Francisco lasted less than a week and when I complained was told it was outside their three days limit on complaining but could have a £10 voucher. I don't know how much our daughter paid and I don't want to involve her but I will be advising our children to use our local florist in future. We know they provide good blooms.

Utter Disgrace.

I cannot express in words how clueless this company is. Flowers arrived late and withered, company has taken zero accountability for this. When i sent photos the silly girl managing customer service suggested there was only a 'Slight Quality issue' which warranted £15 store credit. As if i would ever buy from this joke of a florists again... It is a scary thought that a florist who claims to pride themselves on freshness and should be an expert in the field describes browned and limp flowers as a slight quality issue. Sorry but if you are admitting to any quality issue with a £65 bunch of flowers you should be EMBARRASSED! these people know nothing about flowers. Megan in customer service sounded like a moody teenager

Seriously STAY away, keep your hard earned money and let these disgusting people run themselves out of business. They are thieves. They are not florists, they are are people with zero knowledge of flowers, selling flowers. ugly and over priced flowers at that...

Overpriced and dead flowers

If you like overpriced flowers that die within a couple of days - this is the florist for you.
If you like bouquets that are sparse but filled with cheap plastic foliage so they look bigger - this is the florist for you.
If you like a company that refuses a refund but sends you the identical bouquet that dies within a few days - and you are told the timeframe for complaint expired - this is the florist for sure.
I gave ONE because ZERO isn’t an option.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.
