If I can give ZERO

If I can give ZERO , I do that
I ordered flowers for my son 25 Birthday and vase.
Bouquet was delivered 05/04/2024 in bad condition, vase was added on side of box that bouquet was in.
Bouquet was wrapped in black paper, looks like they sent for funeral, not for Birthday.
I reported the issue, and they respond me back, as

Thank you for your email, and we appreciate you taking the time to share the photos with us.
Upon reviewing the photographs with our florist manager, we couldn't identify any apparent quality issues. The bouquet you received is of good quality, and it appears that the correct size was delivered as well.
For the amount of money that I spent, I can buy 3 bouquets from Costco, pay money to someone to deliver flowers to my son 25th Birthday.
Please, stay away from this company, if you don't want be upset and upset your relatives.

Disgraceful Company

Received a beautiful bouquet of flowers £44.50, re packaged into a vase and in front of my eyes could see they were dying, Photos were taken on the day of receipt , the day after and the day they went in the bin , I submitted the photos all 9 of them but they were not taken from overhead so not going to compensate !!! what if I had not taken photos ??

Disgraceful company with appalling customer service - DO NOT USE ! certainly not local companies.

AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT !

WOULD BE NO STARS BUT NOT ABLE TO DESELECT THE ONE STAR !

APPALLING SERVICE IN EVERY WAY

My APPALLING experience with this company mirrors all the others below. How this place hasn't been SHUT DOWN by the TRADING STANDARDS AUTHORITY I really don't know.

I ordered flowers (from their company HAUTE FLOWERS) for the husband of a friend whose wife died from CANCER recently, to commemorate what would have been her birthday.

They arrived FIVE days late, only fit for the DUSTBIN.Goodness knows what my friend must have thought when he opened them.I have never felt so embarrassed in my entire life.

Part of the problem was down to Royal Mail, but ultimately it is up to the original sender to sort the matter out with them and being the original sender (Haute Flowers) should refund the customer for failing to fulfil their part of the transaction.

However, I was repeatedly denied a REFUND from 'Harvey C' in their risible CUSTOMER SERVICE dept and instead offered an INSULTING £4 credit note. This would have been no use to me as I would NEVER want to order anything from this company again.

When I pointed this out, they raised their credit note offer to £11, which just added insult to injury.

PRESTIGE GIFTS have shown once again that they are an UNPROFESSIONAL ,HEARTLESS and IMMORAL,BUNCH OF GRIFTERS
They should be THOUGHLY ASHAMED OF themselves, but they won't, because it's obvious that they don't have any regard for their customers whatsoever.

I intend to take legal action to recover my money via the small claims court and being a journalist by profession, will be writing an article for a national newspaper about this experience.

***One star only left because there is no facility to award zero stars***

Poor Quality

Ordered a medium-sized bouquet for a friend's birthday. My friend sent me a photo of what appears to be a standard size bouquet which includes four fully open rose blooms - two of the four roses well past their prime (petals drooping). Very embarrased to have sent this to my friend. Customer Service Supervisor assured me that this is their medium size and the quality is in line with their standards. I do not agree that the flowers were of an acceptable standard. I requested they resend the flowers but they refused. I do not recommend using Prestige Flowers. I will send another gift to my friend from another retailer and apologise for the sad, tired and paultry offerings sent by Prestige Flowers. Disgraceful, regrettable and deeply embarassing.

Thieves.

Thieves.
They also operate their other company Haute Florist. Deliver below standard, dying flowers and have no care to work to resolving the solution.

They'll take your money and advertise something they cannot deliver.

Awful excuse for bunch of flowers

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day through Haute Flowers, which was fulfilled through Prestige Gifts (I didn’t know this would be the case when I placed the order).

The tiny, shameful, past-their best group of flowers (definitely not a bouquet), was simply embarrassing.

What an absolute despicable &…

What an absolute despicable & contemptible company. Ordered Don Perignon advertised as “2008” verified by themselves by email that it was “2008” and they sent “2013” response over & over again “we can substitute items if we want too” I could have purchased 2013 much cheaper elsewhere. Avoid this company & “123-Hampers” they do not deserve your custom. You will just get what they send you & you will get nowhere complaining about it. Any response to this from either company is just a lie.

Companies that deceive customers and do not accept that they make mistakes all the time.
Ordered bouquet of flowers 10/2 and it was to be delivered 14/2 no they didn't want them to deliver the day after Valentines

Terrible Company

Just like all the other reviews, ordered a bouquet of flowers for £40 and the ones that were delivered were of the most poor quality I've ever seen. They were fully dead by the next day and both myself and the recipient were left very disappointed. Terrible customer service and no accountability on their end for the rubbish quality of their product. Just offered a £15 voucher which is useless given I would never use them again. Avoid this company at all costs.

Shocking - do not order

Flowers arrived a day late for my daughter's birthday, with no notification and apparently this was acceptable to this company even though they say that they deliver next day and I ordered them 3 days in advance. All replies from them are standard copied and pasted replies which do not address the issue.
When the flowers did arrive they were an unappealingly, brownish tinged interpretation of what was advertised.
I had checked the Haute reviews on Google which are all excellent (not sure how this can be....) - wish I'd checked here first.
Disastrous.

I so wish I had seen these reviews…

I so wish I had seen these reviews before ordering 2 x Xmas letterbox flowers from Haute, delivered 28th December for parents.
Appalling standard of flowers, best described as a bunch of wild flowers that bloomed at very different times, looked nothing like the pictures.
I'm told by Prestige Gifting (Haute by another name) that I didn't complain timely, however, my parents didn't want to say as they were a Xmas present and didn't want to seem ungrateful.
I would NOT RECCOMMEND, suggest you go to Marks and Spencer, who I have had very good feedback from friends.

One star is too generous

If there was an option for no stars this company should be first in line.
Ordered flowers from Haute which seems to be an offshoot of this bunch. No receipt and no acknowledgment of my payment led me to try and phone (all lines either unanswered or unavailable) my emails got more and more anxious as these were an Xmas gift of nearly £70,
They constantly told me there was no record of the order, asking for all sorts of evidence (all sent) and they continued to gaslight me, telling me that I didn’t exist on their system. Funny then that the money left my account. Days later after I threatened to report them they mysteriously found my order. So distressing.
I cancelled the order immediately to no avail - avoid at all costs - PayPal saved the day thankfully

Dreadful company + terrible Haute flowers

Just uploaded my review of Haute flowers, which is run by this disaster of a company. They've just responded to me tos ay they're sorry my flowers haven't arrived. MY COMPPLAINT IS THAT THEY ARRIVED, HALF DEAD ( brown roses ) at a hotel 3 days before my friends were even due to check in. Wasted £40 !

Rip off

Purchased flowers from this company on Amazon and what an absolute rip off. The flowers that arrived were absolutely nothing like advertised. Paid £32 for 6 tulips. Rip off.

The worst company and customer contact…

The worst company and customer contact attitude I have ever experienced. I bought a 3 foot real Christmas tree with lights and baubles, the tree received was out of shape with no branches on one side of the tree, very few baubles, but the lights were okay. I complained, sent pictures and was told they excepted it was poor and would send a new one, of course the new one never arrived, I complained again, this time I was told the tree was okay in their opinion, but they would give me £10 credit to spend with them online. The customer support reaction is both sparse, with hints of sarcasm. I will never be using these people again, avoid like the plague.

Worst over flowers and worst customer service

Flowers arrived from a neighbour and I’m so shocked at the quality! Withered and wilted. I contacted customer service and they said they said they couldn’t see any issue with the quality.
Don’t use this company or their Haute flowers! Disgusting service

Easily the worst company I have ever…

Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with
Ordered flowers for a special occasion but they was not delivered
customer service was breathtakingly bad
had to go and buy flowers locally and deliver them my self
Prestige Gifting Ltd delivered the flowers two days later
asked for a refund but was told they could only offer me a
£10 discount off my next order, NEXT ORDER!! I dont think so
I should have read the reviews on several platforms before placing
my order, never again. Beware of this awful company.
