POOR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

I give one star because I can't give less. This company also uses the cover name of 123flowers, any company using 2 different names has to be dodgy. I ordered flowers and chocolates to the value of £50 on 12th October and the site very clearly states that to GUARANTEE next day delivery, you are recommended to pay an extra £2.95 surcharge, which I did. On the next day, they sent me an email saying that the flowers wouldn't be delivered until Saturday, apparently it's in the small print that paying the extra isn't really a guarantee at all, just a way to get some extra money out of the customer. I complained and asked for a refund of the extra charge and got a 2-fingered salute and was told that they have my money and are keeping it. The fairly AVERAGE flowers, probably worth £15 and tasteless chocolates were delivered late. I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole and would recommend you avoid them.

Haute Flowers by any other name prestige gifting.
Awful bouquet fobbed off by customer services. A bad experience, made worse by a very patronising email on how to look after flowers to extend their life. The roses were dead on arrival. No stars

Extremely poor flowers

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers that came to over £50 with postage as it was a special occasion. I booked a specific day and this was confirmed.
Sadly the flowers did not arrive on the day that was requested and when they did arrive where limp due to being a day late and did not look like the advertised bouquet. I contacted customer services who offered a small credit to buy another bouquet, which I refused as I did not want to buy from them again. Very poor service, poor help when things go wrong, poor advertising of what would be received and shameful delivery. I cannot say anymore. I had in the past bought 2 lovely bouquets from Haute, but now the standards are very poor.

Dreadful!! No flowers 0/10 customer service

Appalling paid just under £60 for flowers from Haute Florist to be delivered by 14th September received a Royal Mail tracking number!!!!
My delivery has sat at the RM depot all day
No flowers for the 40th birthday!
Extortionate price for zero service and even less customer support

However, we make every effort to dispatch all flowers (except hand-delivered products) on the day prior to the intended delivery date using a reliable 24-hour delivery service. Our delivery service operates seven days a week, excluding bank holidays. In the case of orders scheduled for delivery on a bank holiday, they may be delivered on the following working day unless otherwise specified. For next-day flower deliveries, we utilize the services of reputable carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Post NL. Please note that hampers and larger gift deliveries may require an additional working day in transit.

It is important to note that by making a purchase from Prestige Gifting, you are not entering into a contract that guarantees a specific delivery time frame. During peak periods, we reserve the right to extend delivery times as necessary. Nowhere did it say they would be sending the flowers in the post or that they would try. They said delivery by….
You should not have to hunt for small print. This company is clearly taking advantage of people and should be looked into by Trading Standards.

Who knows what condition the flowers will be in after being processed by Royal Mail for goddess knows how long!

I really want to give 0 stars

I really want to give 0 stars. Useless company, next day delivery 😂😂 when I complained about the late delivery I was quoted one of their “terms” , which was really saying you only get refunded if they are 3 days late! I sent a photo showing the half dead sunflowers and was told the company felt they were fine. Offered me a £10 credit - which I refused as I would never use them again. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Poor flowers received and not correct size received

Ordered some flowers that were £22.99 added a extra £5 to get more flowers, even though the picture advertised a nice
full bunch of standard flowers. What was received looked like flowers at the end of a day at a service station, also was charged £28.49 instead of £27.99 disgraceful going to try use resolver for my complaint if no satisfaction from company, no satisfactry the company saying the flowers advertised are medium , i sent a screenshot where it states standard flowers as shown in picture, the customer service just keep deniying it even with evidence

Ordered flowers for an 80th birthday

Ordered flowers for an 80th birthday. Flowers arrived on time but were half dead. Customer services offered money off future orders! I had to agree to a refund for the flowers but not for the delivery cost. Seems unfair when I was purchasing a whole package ie flowers delivered for a special occasion. Would never use Haute again. Disgraceful.

Funeral Flowers Order

I ordered flowers for a funeral the following day. I expected there to be a box where I could enter the time of the funeral during the checkout process, as has been my experience with other companies. Got to the end of checkout, at no point did it ask for the time of the funeral. I emailed the company saying if on time delivery was not possible to please cancel the order. I got a reply the following day, saying the flowers would be delivered by 6pm latest. The funeral was midday. I replied this was not good enough, and got no answer. As far as I know, the flowers were never delivered. At least, if they were, no one ever saw them. Please avoid.

Terrible flowers lasted 2 days

Terrible flowers lasted 2 days. These were from the luxury range. Would not recommend. I tried to put a review on the prestige site which seems to have a average of 4.7 out of 5. It would not let me submit my 1 star rating

Awful

Awful. Didn't deliver despite advertising Sunday delivering.
Ruined Mother's Day trying to get hold of them. Offered £10 voucher off next order........ahhhh no next order.

No refund. No Mother's Day flowers for my mum this year. They arrived a day too late. She wasn't home

Prestige Hampers is more than…

Prestige Hampers is more than appalling.
Spent just under £100 on luxury hamper for an elderly clergyman. No delivery, no information, no response to multiple requests for update. Took payment instantly. Tried endlessly to contact. Impossible. Needs serious investigation.

So disappointed with the service from…

So disappointed with the service from Haute Florist!! I ordered a bouquet that clearly says order by 10pm for next day delivery , this was for a friend who has just had a major bereavement, 3 day late and flowers are still in Sheffield , they need to be in Lincoln.
I was not aware they Royal Mail would be used to deliver flowers especially when their strike dates have been publicised in advance so even if the flowers do arrive, I can’t imagine them being in a very good condition after several days in transit.
Yes, I have tried the online help service who just say orders cannot be guaranteed and send me a link to tracking, how long do I wait to see if my flowers so eventually arrive?

Shocking product and Service

What a terrible product and customer experience.

The option I ordered for my sister's birthday was a pictured lush bouquet of circa 40 stems and what was delivered was circa 12. When I emailed photos to the complaints department it took 3 days for a response that the small size bouquet had been delivered - and what I was offered was a £5 refund.

According to this refund value, 12 stems cost me £30 (£2.50 each) so after providing a shocking service and a very disappointing birthday gift, they have offered me 2 stems in compensation

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost, deliver dead flowers, promised replacement that never arrived, customer service non existant as now have completely stopped responding to questions regarding whereabouts of replacement bouquet, complete waste of money...... Haute flowers had always previously been excellent I'm not sure if they've been bought out by prestige or what's happened but will never use either again...... Will stick to M&S at least they are reliable and deliver good quality flowers

Same company as Haute Florist…both bad

Complete scam…taken in by a professional looking website - ordered via Haute on Monday for delivery Thursday. No despatch confirmation and no delivery on Thursday. Customer service sends an auto response via Prestige Gifting, no help whatsoever. Wasted £40 on birthday flowers that still haven’t arrived. Trading standards need to get involved with Prestige & Haute. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I ordered flowers from Haute Florist who appear to be working on conjunction with Prestige gifting...the flowers were for my wedding and I paid extra for next day delivery to ensure they would arrive in plenty of time, they did not arrive until 3 days after purchase, they were wilted and in poor condition. They blamed the Royal Mail strikes for the delay in service but mentioned they were working with 3rd party contingencies, clearly they didn't. The response from them was blunt and without any compassion, they passed the blame over to Royal Mail without taking any responsibility or offering any token of gratitude. No chance of a refund. £40 wasted. I would highly recommend against using this companies service at this current time as they are clearly incapable of running an effective business.

I would like to thank Jade at Prestige Gifting for creating me a flowery masterpiece for my wedding day. The customer service was high quality, the flowers were in immaculate condition, they were delivered in ample time, and the attention to detail was on fantastic! I would highly recommend this has a place for your flowering, gifts and hampers.
