Please please do not use this co
mpany. I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday and the delivery was by Royal Mail. My friend wasn't in but royal mail were given my details as the recipient. I am unable to get a redelivery as there is an error on their system. Have complained to Prestige but was told not their problem!! I will stick with Eorist in future, reliable and good quality.

Terrible customer service, Terrible company

I would have rated this companies 0 if I could or shall I say these companies. They have created several companies selling flowers under the same roof so beware. We stupid customers think they are different but the same directors are at the top.I ordered a bouquet which was for my spouse for Mother’s Day, the bouquet looked ridiculously small. Only after having insisted several weeks I received a refund but they never refunded the cost of shipping back despite promising they would do it !!
Never again !!

Unprofessional

Interview scheduled for 3pm. Asked to call a number when I get there to let me in the building. Continually phoned from 2.45 until 3.15. No answer. No email, no contact whatsoever l. Thoroughly unprofessional and rude. Think I'm better off not working there if that's how they treat people.

I'm happy: Beautiful flowers and presents - everything arrived on time :)

I was a bit afraid when I read the reviews AFTER I ordered.
But now I can say: Everything was just perfect! Ordered yesterday for my boyfriend as a "get well soon"-present and it arrived as planned today (even on the minute the email promised): A bouquet, sweets and a small Gin&Tonic.
The flowers are beautiful and abundant and also the other presents are nice and well packed with a pretty card. The free chocolate was missing though (maybe because I ordered some other sweets, too? So maybe it was my fault) and it was another brand of Gin than I ordered. But I don't mind and the patient was very happy - since it was all delivered perfectly nice and on time.

I recently ordered flowers for my friends 70th birthday from Haute flowers part of Prestige Gifting they arrived for the event. I have just found out that my close friend had been in touch as the flowers died after 2 days. My friend did not tell me until today. The company sent some flowers to make up for this but I am deeply disappointed that having spent £40+ that this happened. I will not use them again

98% bad reviews- there's a reason

There is a reason why this company gets 92% bad reviews. Take heed and do not use this awful company. I ordered flowers for a wedding bouquet. They didn't arrive. I was not able to track them. There was no number to ring- I ended up buying other flowers on the morning of the wedding. This company has to be a scam.

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting. My daughter bought us a £30 bouquet for our anniversary. Picture looks nothing like what arrived! 5 small roses( 2 dead within 24hrs) and 1 stem of lilies. I could of got more for a fiver from my local shop. Tried to call but lines are closed. Put in complaint but the head florist didn’t see an issue.

Apparently the Scottish do not matter

Simply as i live in Scotland it matters not 1 bit when my flowers will arrive (full day late)
I will never usr this company again and would urge any1 else to do the same. To say i got every other next day delivery arranged but seems to be too much trouble for them going by the pathetic response i got! Im told to read small print takes 48hrs for next day delivery to CENTRAL SCOTLAND!!!!! You know quote ‘hard to get to places’ joke

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! I purchased a large bouquet of flowers, which is two sizes up from the standard bouquet.
Upon delivery I found that I had only been sent a standard bouquet.
Customer services were only willing to refund the difference even though they'd sent the incorrect item. This was purchased as a gift for a specific day and there was no time for them to deliver the correct item.
I requested a full refund which was denied.
Extremely poor customer service and breaking of consumer rights.

Well,where do I start

Well,where do I start…oh yes, note to self….read the reviews before buying..
I ordered some flowers today at 1330 ..I then went out and at 1500 saw the confirmation email and realised I’d hit the wrong button for the address search from the post code. I emailed them and 1503 to say could they please change the address to the correct one about ten miles away . At 1516 reply came back….No, the details have gone to the supplier earlier in the day (hour and half ) and can’t be changed ..
I asked for the name of the supplier for me to ring and re arrange …No reply
Rang “customer services” ..😂😂…No reply after 35 minutes.
Now,this evening ,conformation from royal mail saying they’ve got the parcel worth £40 and delivery details.
I’m aware I made an error but all they had to do was give me the florist details for me arrange with them ..but no ..way too trouble for the “award winning company” as their answer machine message tells me ..
I’ve learnt my lesson with this company .

Awful company

Ordered some flowers to say thank you to a friend, flowers never turned up on requested day and they still have not been delivered, after some digging they did in a sorting office waiting to go to another depot!! No communication from Prestige, no answer from e- mails sent or anyone answering phone at customer service. Awful service and customer care. Never use them again and would advise others not to either.

Another poor review. Arrived on time, but flowers in poor condition in general and several of them broken entirely. flowers not the variety advertised. Very disappointed as I had treated myself after a difficult year.

Appalling service and attitude.

On Sunday 5th Dec. I ordered flowers for delivery on a friend's birthday on Friday 10th. I received no email to say they had been despatched. By 4.30 they had not arrived, so I went to Haute Florist's website. and noticed to my horror that most letter box flower arrangements, including the one I ordered, were marked no delivery before 29th December!

Customer services not answering 'phone. Tracked down parent company, Prestige Gifting, who told me she would get Customer services to ring me back. They didn't. Another call, I was told only customer services could answer my queries.

I emailed but no direct and "chatted", but only got a bot.

Saturday 11th my friend emailed to thank me and enclosed a photo. Phew! 40mns later I received a brief email from Prestige Gifting saying it had been delivered! many enclosing the Royal Mail tracking info. This showed the flowers had only been despatched at 18.51 on Thursday 8th, so there was no possibility of them arriving the following day!

I emailed my dissatisfaction and received an immediate (!) response: "I apologise for any inconvenience made."

Needless to say I shall never use them again.

Absolutely the worst flower company I…

Absolutely the worst flower company I have used. Ordered bouquet with plenty of time before delivery date. They arrived a day later after birthdayfor the person they were for. She was so upset that she thought I had forgotten her birthday. Got in touch via email with so called customer services & unfortunately had to deal with Adam. What a waste of time. Had no sympathy,couldn't care less about the delivery & even said he could send me a copy of the small print in their t&c's. Disgusting attitude. Would never use this company again,& people should check their reviews 1st. 1star speaks for itself. It should be zero.

Why is this sham of a company still…

Why is this sham of a company still operating !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish I had looked at all the bad reviews first before I placed my order. I used this company through B & M stores to place an order for a friends birthday for yesterday 12/11/2021. I placed and paid for the order on 6/11/2021 so within plenty of time.
My friend did NOT receive her flowers and I am just so gutted. Terrible company. Avoid ! Avoid ! Avoid !.

Have no idea who my sunflowers have come from and no response from customer service. They say they are working 9 to 5 on a Saturday,I don’t think so.
I telephoned and was told to email that was 10 am this morning.

DO NOT order from them

DO NOT order from them. I ordered flowers on the 13th of August and asked for a delivery on the 16th. I got an email from the courier company in the morning of the 16th saying that the order was delivered by error to the wrong collection point and it was diverted. The status of the order at the tracking site was the same for several hours. I contacted the Haute Florist customer service and after a few attempts I was able to chat with an agent and not with a bot. The agent ended the chat abruptly when she said that she will look at it. And I tried again and again to find an agent to talk to. This time he said that there is nothing he can do and I need to wait until 6pm and if the order wouldn’t arrive by then to contact them again and see how they can refund. Their refunds policy doesn’t include late deliveries and when I confronted the agent with this piece of information he said that anyway I need to wait until 6pm and ended the chat again.Of course the order was not delivered that day and I missed a very important family occasion. They didn’t do anything, like nothing at all. Now, after bad critics they offer either £15 voucher or £10 refund. Still I don’t understand why the voucher is higher value than the refund. A complete scam.

Do Not Use This Company!!

On the 1st July I ordered some flowers/gifts to be delivered to Jersey 31st July – absolutely plenty of time. This was for a 50th Birthday of my sister-in-law. They were to be placed on a table, on Sunday 1st August, along with other birthday gifts. To be ‘centre stage’ so to speak and as a surprise. They never arrived and as of Tuesday 3rd August they had still not got there. The total plan was ruined! The family have now gone to Guernsey for a short break so if the flowers etc arrived after their departure they would be useless as there would be nobody at home! I have emailed Customer Service and have had numerous ‘replies’ over this with the final promise of my money back! The ‘Tracking’ number supplied by the PO was never updated between 30th July and the 3rd August. So, where the hell is it all? Who has got it? I will NEVER use Prestige Flowers ever again! Complete lack of care and attention! Please stop and think – when you buy through Prestige your ‘contract’ is with them and not who they use for delivery – that is Prestige’s problem – not yours! I would have preferred to leave ‘Zero’ stars’ but it would only allow 1 as a minimum!
