I ordered an expensive bouquet of flowers from Haute Florist/Prestige Gifting to be delivered on Monday 25/01/2021 for my daughter's birthday. The flowers did not arrive until Wednesday 27/01/2021, they were already wilting and browning.
I cannot tell you how disappointed I was and am. I ordered the birthday flowers on Friday as a special surprise for my daughter on her birthday. She has also recently had a baby, two weeks ago, and caught Coronovirus in the hospital. Therefore you will appreciate how important it was the flowers arrived on her birthday as confirmed. Royal Mail were due to deliver the flowers in the morning but sent them to the wrong delivery office and the whole surprise was spoilt. These flowers cost £45 and what was meant to be a very special surprise for her, we don't usually send flowers because we are retired and unable to afford them, has been absolutely ruined, I am so upset.
I have emailed Haute and Prestige lots and lots of times, no response. No answer to telephone calls either. I am appalled at their poor customer service and would never use them again.
Bad value and bad quality !
Ordered flowers for my wife's Birthday as I am shielding and could not go to Tesco where I usually go for flowers as they are guaranteed to last and you get a lot of good quality flowers for your money. What a complete difference these flowers turned out to be. I paid £10.00 extra for a larger bunch £45.00 in total, when I reluctantly presented my wife these flowers her face said it all, obviously disappointed. They looked like they had been supplied from the local petrol station, it is now three days later and they have just gone into the bin; an absolute disgrace.
They have not even had the grace to respond to my complaint.

I ordered 2 separate items over a month ago, giving a specific arrival date and they have not arrived. Cannot contact company.

I would give zero if I could. Ordered hamper through their company 123-hampers. Delivery should be 8 December. Not arrived. 6 emails sent chasing and no acknowledgment or response. Will be considering Police and legal action for fraud if I do not hear anything this week. Do not order from them or any of their pseudo companies like 123-hampers. I would have left a review on that site but cannot do so as the company control input to it by invited reviews.

A beautiful bouquet, wonderfully presented. Well priced too.
Royal mail emailed me the second they'd made the delivery.
Some people love moaning hence the other reviews but I can only say as I found them.

Ordered flowers for member of our family who has been seriously ill. Booked delivery for 1st September, to arrive during a family party. Prestige gifting contracted with DPD for delivery. No sign of delivery, no e mail advising time slot for same. I rang DPD who had not bothered to be in touch with me, who advised me package was damaged, and held up at their Hinckley hub for re packaging, and that they had missed the scheduled transport to my home town as a consequence. They advised I might not even receive them due to damage!. Such poor customer service and communication on DPDs part. Flowers were delivered the following day, too late to give our relative. I had ordered one of haute florist ‘Hatbox’ style flower displays. I didn’t realise at the time of ordering it was in fact another company that would fulfil the order. I used a voucher purchased via groupon to receive a discount from the florist. The display I ordered would have been £55 at full price, I ordered the large hatbox, definitely not worth this money. I don’t know what size the small would be!!, probably the size of a saucer. Unfortunately after prolonged e mail exchange with Prestige gifting, they have reminded me that their terms and conditions which stated I may not receive it in time, they eventually offered £2.99 postage costs refund which I have declined. I am disappointed and frustrated, the flowers like many of the gifts this company sells, were for a specific occasion. It’s not good enough to just dismiss my experience, and send me a screen shot of the terms and conditions in question. Questions need to be asked by prestige gifting of DPD, who they have chosen to sub contract to, if they aren’t up to meeting the delivery element of their service, as it reflects badly with them. Won’t be using them again and would not recommend if you absolutely need something by a guaranteed date, from a reliable company and their sub contractors
Update - I have just been contacted by customer services who have now confirmed full refund. This is in order to feel I have had a positive experience with their company. After numerous e mails being exchanged, I am happy to accept this kind offer

Do not use this company if you are looking for someone reliable. You are better of using competition or do it yourself. I preorderd more then 14 days a £60 worth birthday set. Prepaid amd prearramged delivery date. It was advertised that they have a 100% satisfaction guarentee and would do same day delivery. Now on the date I paid for and booked i received a email from the 3rd party delivery service they use and it said it got miss routed and would be rerouted now I was concerned and contacted prestige flowers, they apologised and blamed the third party and could nor be bothered to contact the 3rd party who was responsible for the delivery to make sure i still get it. So after back and forth arguing with the customer service clerks they refused a refund or to help and offered me a £10 voucher code. Thank you but no what is wrong with them? Used the first time never again. Jacob, Joe & Lucas need their 121 to be focused on customer service communication! Anyway 1 day to late delivered and birthday ruined and been emberrased the parcel came damaged, bottle broken and cake squashed. Thank you both parties. I prepaid as a valued customer for something which arrived to late and broken. Well done!

Don't deliver next day!!!!!
Will never use again, I ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthday and chose next day delivery which was confirmed by the delivery company, but the flowers weren't delivered the next day they were delivered the day after. When complaining I was told there was nothing they could do as they can only guarantee items that they hand deliver. Absolutely disgusting. I would never have used them if they had stated it would be delivered late and I doubt anybody else would. Beware!!!

They promise to deliver on the birthday but use a company called DX. To deliver. Two days late. That's no good when it's a birthday. Don't use this computer. Prestige Gifting.

Ordered flowers for same day delivery, read reviews on here after ordering and decided to cancel only 30 mins later and received an email at my paypal address not the one I put for response to that they had already been dispatched so it was too late.
So to be fair, I waited to see if they would be delivered
I checked with the friend late that evening and NO FLOWERS.
No flowers were ever delivered, so disappointed as it was a last minute thought and completely ruined my week.
Their customer service continued to insist they have been delivered and refused a refund, then they just ignore you!!!!!
Luckily I had paid with paypal and opened a dispute and paypal refunded my money. Their reply to paypal was that they had local flower shop delivery proof, shame they couldn't provide it as no delivery was made.
I did however order with Interflora in the past and although a little more expensive they always deliver, so stick with them.
They are a very dishonest company and I can't believe their staff can live with their consciences.
I will reporting the to UK Trading Standards and their bank too for fraudulant trading.
