Oh dear. These people partner with Haute Florist ( see my review for them) never again. Flowers delivered a day late after my anniversary and so disappointed I complained to be told rarely they need an extra day to deliver. I ordered the flowers 5 days early so did not ever require next day delivery. I ordered a Sunday slot and they turned up on Monday by Royal Mail. Royal Mail do not deliver on Sunday so I was never going to get them on my required date anyway so just a poor excuse from David at customer service. I hate companies to try to flannel customers so never again. Stick with local florists and avoid any company partnered with this lot.
Update. Emailed company director to see if he would be more helpful but no reply. Says it all really that he cannot even be bothered to explain his companies poor performance. Please always look at trustpilot before using any company, I know I will in the future.

Avoid this company also known as Haute Florist... absolutely appalling customer service and won't refund my order. Flowers for a family members 60th Birthday.... Still haven't arrived! Company blaming me for incorrect address even after sending them a copy of the invoice they sent confirming delivery address. Will be reporting to trading standards
Avoid Prestige Gift flowers and affiliated florist companies
I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering flowers through 123 florists not knowing it was part of the Prestige gift group had I known I would not gade touched them with a barge pole, I got some flowers in remembrance of my mum for Mother's Day from one of their companies, absolutely appalling, over halve were more or less dead when received and nothing like the picture on the website, I eventually got a refund after quite a nit of hassle, I then realised another order I had made for flowers with a different company was in fact part of the group so I cancelled it and got my money back, smoothly this time but sadly when I ordered flowers in remembrance of my mum for her birthday I didn't realised it was yet another in the group, I was disgusted with how few stems I received despite paying a little extra for a medium bunch, goodness knows what a standard would have consisted of, a couple of the Peruvian lilies were damaged and one of the carnation stems is in such tight bud you know it will never amount to anything. I did better with some flowers I ordered with my groceries from Sainsburys, had more flowers in their £5 bunch than I did with my £25 bunch with 123 Florists, the latter being downright daylight robbery.
Useless
Useless. Avoid at all costs. Apart from trying to hide who they are, they delivered my next day flowers 48 hours later. The flowers were damaged and embryonic. The bouquet looked nothing like the website photo.
Clearly, this is common and they are yet another crappy little wannabe paying Google for advertising and managing huge levels of customer dissatisfaction. AVOID

Don’t purchase flowers from this site! They were dead before the end of the week and most of the Lilly’s didn’t even open! Spend £35 for this rubbish, would have got better flowers from Aldi for under a tenner.

Absolute disgrace of a bouquet!
Ordered a £30 bouquet of flowers for mothers day and what was delivered was an absolute shocking disgrace. Nothing like the image displayed on the web page, and the couple of flowers in the bouquet were dead and wilting and looked like they had been pushed through the letter box. Complaint has been submitted regarding the utter rubbish that was delivered. Local reliable florist shops will be used in future. Don't waste your time and money on these jokers.

I bought flowers off HomeBargains flowers which is run by Prestige gifting and they are dreadful. I paid for 50 roses and there was only 30. They were all dead and squashed on arrival too. Wouldn’t recommend.

Shockingly bad service from Prestige Gifting and Haute Florist. My father ordered me an orchid as a gift. The plant that arrived was half dead and looked nothing at all like the photo of the plant on the website. I requested a new replacement plant, which was even unhealthier than the first and to date have had no response from Customer Services.

Fast and efficient service but the picture on the page was nothing like what arrived if it wasn't the fact I was 200 miles from my mum I'd have gone to asda and got a nicer bunch a complete rip off with what arrived... My order for a relatives birthday was ordered two days beforehand but arrived two days after the date, but that was after several emails some with no reply and was only resolved after I found the online chat. Phone numbers were a waste of time as only had answer machine, BOTTOM LINE IS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Avoid buying. I ordered flowers from Haute Florists/prestigegifting. Didn't arrive on day and delivery showed it travelled to 3 different depots before saying they will arrive in the wrong day. They were for condolences. No customer service or way to contact. If I wanted them delivered a day late I would have chosen that date. Looks like this is a problem generally. What state will these fresh flowers be like?? Let's see if anyone replies

Avoid at all costs. Promises made, money taken then nothing delivered. Save yourself the heartache and do not bother. PayPal returned payment thank goodness as no email response from the company.

Flowers and chocolates ordered from Haute flowers for a friend’s special birthday. Nice flowers arrived but no chocolates, emailed Prestige. First told chocolates free - they weren’t. Then they cited order with completely different delivery date, then told I’d ordered a cake not chocolates and continued to argue with me about my order. Refund eventually, 2nd bad experience with Prestige. Last time flowers delivered in soaking wet box the day after they should have arrived. Actual flowers nice, service terrible.
Avoid!
I ordered a gift hamper to arrive 05/02, when it didn't arrive I had to chase them up to be told that they did not deliver to my address. After asking specifically twice for a refund, they agreed to refund me on the 10/02. Still waiting for it now (17/02). This company has terrible customer service and is very difficult to get in contact with. My only hope is that I payed with PayPal, do not use this company.
