Prestige Gifting, or Haute Florist - Awful!
Ordered Mothers Day flowers through what must be a partner company called Haute Florist. Their advertising indicated they were a local florist and I selected a delivery date that was subsequently not able to be adhered to, as they were not local. The bouquet delivered had at least half the number of stems of flowers and significantly less foliage than shown in their website image and was just dismal. Their customer service was dismissive and unsatisfactory.

A very disappointing experience. I ordered flowers a week in advance of Mother’s Day, to be delivered on Mother’s Day. They arrived late with no reason given. And they took full payment. I won’t be ordering from them again

Ordered a large bouquet of flowers. Received dead, wilting flowers. Sent photos. Refused to give me a refund and refused to send another bouquet. Disgusting apauling service!! Then said take it up with your card issuer. Absolute con artists!

Just know... this has happened TWICE with these people. This time around, I paid for flowers to be delivered two days ago. They have still not arrived. They use a delivery provider that must be cheaper for them, and I can see from the tracking that flowers have been sat in their van for 3 days so far. The company refuses to give me a refund or send out new ones. Not acceptable.

They looked like a cheap supermarket bouquet, when I questioned what was sent I was told “Based on our assessment, we can confidently affirm that the bouquet meets the required standards in terms of size and quality”. It is terrible, save your money.

I received super sub-standard (appalling) flowers from Prestige Gifting / 123 Flowers who are the same company. This was distressing as they were for a special birthday (arrived half-dead and not even close to resembling the IMAGE displayed for the bunch on their website).
Having complained at management level to both companies, I received dismissive responses stating my feedback would be used to improve products. I eventually received an offer to replace the flowers. I declined this based on the former experience of product quality as well as the experience of complaining (and being dismissed).
I approached my bank who have refunded the sum and will claim it back off these fraudsters. Please do the same if you wish to get your money back. It is a waste of time trying to obtain a refund from the companies directly as they do not accept responsibility and will just dismiss you.
My lesson - pay the extra and use other premium providers. I also reported both companies to Trading Standards and the Advertising Standards Authority.

I searched for a local florist to deliver 3 bouquets to WMAS HQ for guaranteed Next Day delivery, and simply wished to support local business providers.

I've received no confirmation of delivery and my order number is invalid, I've just heard via email sent from "Prestige Gifting" - NOT from Haute Florist. No Order Status as to 3 now overdue - nor clarification as to Prestige Gifting taking payments against my knowledge. I reached out to the company to get a refund. Firstly, I was offered a £10 voucher for the site. I declined explaining that if they couldn’t get it right the first time I did not wish to do further business with them. Then they offered another bouquet to be sent. I explained that I just wanted my money back. Then they offered the voucher again. Unbelievable!! Avoid at all costs.

Please do not use this site. They failed to deliver my product at all, let alone on the right day, due to a mistake their end in distinguishing between the delivery and billing address. Despite apologizing they refused a refund and have been extremely unhelpful - the intended recipient and me are very disappointed.

Ordered on the 23rd Dec fir delivery on 24th. Had email to confirm. This was done via B&M bargains who use them. Didn't arrive until 27th no where in the box do half dead flowers arrived to an 84 year old lady in a nursing home. The company dont want to know they are a disgrace. Dont use them.
Flowers dead and putrid smelling
The flowers were originally received last week and were a "thank you" present to me following a corporate event.
I contacted Prestige gifting directly as I was too embarrassed to contact the person who had sent them to me. They were a £75 gift. Roses were brown and dead, the lillies were "slimy" stems and the smell from the bouquet was putrid and overpowering. I sent photos and 8 flowers from the bouquet had to be binned straight away.
I received an email from Ellemay to say they would send a replacement bouquet the next day. The replacement bouquet arrived 3 days later and were no better than the first - again dead flowers and rotten lillies. I haven't bothered asking for a replacement, however a total waste of £75 for my friend!! I will never use this company again and I too wish I had read the reviews prior to recommending.

Bouquet of dead flowers
I received flowers from this company on the day of my mother's wake. They should have arrived the day before. Numerous petals on the roses were brown and drooping. Even the foliage was wilting. I contacted the customer service department who advised me to send photos. After examing the photos they agreed there was a 'slight' quality issue with the bouquet and offered me a voucher for £20 off another one. Considering the flowers had to be binned 2 days after delivery, I declined. I certainly wouldn't recommend buying flowers from this company. A total waste of money. I only gave 1 star as I couldn't leave a review otherwise
