I've used PIB for the last few years across 2 professional service businesses and the quality of service has been outstanding each time. Really quick turnaround when needed. Polite reminders on renewal so everything gets done in plenty of time to choose the best policy. Nothing is too much of a hassle.

It is easy to find the words to compliment Noel and the team. we are lucky enough to have been with them since inception, and in that time our costs have reduced, our cover expanded, and they continue exceed our expectations year after year.
Our businesses cross a few divides from importing, retail sales, property and even a golf course, and PIB covers it all for us. The service is comprehensive and backed up by excellent knowledge and detailed advice. We have had a few claims and they are always dealt with quickly, professionally and with a favourable outcome.
