I ordered on the 9th of January and still haven’t received anything, I’ve emailed about 5 times and also messaged them on instagram, NO REPLY FROM EITHER!! Had nothing for tracking or to say it’s been shipped just that the order was confirmed. I’ve just seen that they sent an email in may about a sale but they can’t reply to my emails, get out of here don’t recommend at all I was so looking forward to my shoes that just never turned up loooooool

My order was too small. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund.

Lovely lady called Keira got another pair of earrings sent out and arrived in time for my partners birthday! Very polite and great customer service! Would recommend and order again!

I ordered a pair of shoes long ago, they never arrived, I was in contact with Prettyie hundreds of times, them always telling me to be patient and that they all put this right for me, they even wrote me that I can choose another pair of shoes due to the delay being over a year and me not liking the chosen pair anymore. So they told me again and again that I can indeed trust this shop and that i will get my paid for shoes... well surprise I still never got my shoes and they stopped responding to my mails.
!!!!!!PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE DRAMA AND DONT ORDER SHOES!!!!!

ZERO STARS! I made an order in Feb 2022 which was not received until April 2022. The colour then began stripping away from the trainers which were worn ONCE. I made tireless attempts to reach out to the company from July 2022, they finally responded in Oct 2022 with a return label. So I returned the trainers for repair, its now March 2023 and I have heard nothing since then other than 1 email stating 'We will look into this and get back to you'. I contacted Asos who are just as useless! I have recently contacted their solicitors whose details can be found on companies house as I will be taking legal action! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! KEIRA SANDHU is the owner for anyone trying to do some research on getting their money back.

Over all it was great. Great fast responses from seller about package.
Only downfall is that the shoes took so long to come but I completely understand with Christmas and all they were busy. But overall I am over the moon with my package

Purchased a custom LV jacket , item turned up with a blue pen mark emailed them along with pictures of the mark and never got a reply .

Update : not sure what happened with my email but prettyie never received it ( the joys of technology) but apon leaving my review they called me to apologize, arranged return and replacement. I cannot fault the customer service I have received and when I said I couldn't get to a collect+ shop the lady arranged for me to return via royal mail .
Amazing at sorting out an issue , thank you and no doubt I will be back to purchase if you will have me back for being such a pain lol

I have got to say the trainers from Prettyie are very "Prettyie" well made and the customer service I get each time is spot on. Keira especially :) Thanks again guys and will be back soon for another pair to add to my growing "Prettyie collection :)

Well done prettyie on yet another great pair of trainers for our collection, we got the air force angel and there stunning daughter had lots of compliments on them and as always we direct them to your site. The shoes are stunning hand made and beautifully designed,although my shoes did take longer to come than I thought they would prettyie whent above and beyond to make sure my shoes were with me just in time for Christmas

Very poor, the customer service is terrible. Emailed them multiple times due to my order not arriving as it’s been 6 months and they still haven’t turned up. Absolutely frustrating, offered to find out what was going on and never got a reply back. Highly frustrated due to the order costing over £400. Definitely would not recommend!!!!! Shocking. Is it a scam??!!

10/10, can't thank this company enough for my shoes! they're such a good company to purchase from, quick at responding to any questions I had. Outstanding customer services, will 100% purchase again! Thanks again x

My Wife ordered me some custom AF1 Dior for my birthday. The order was placed in August 2022. We were told on the Website it would take 40 days, the Trainers never arrived for my Birthday. My wife chased on a number of occasions. We were then told it was 40 working days. We calculated this to arrive 20th October. We received an email as it was an error with 40 days and 40 working days they would get them out asap. Since then they have changed the wording on the website and today is 11 November 2022 and still no trainers. We are now close to nearly 3 months. We have been told a number of times we will be dispatching and still no tracking. Will never order from this website again

I placed a order with prettyie on the 12th September, we’re now in November. I’ve emailed them and I’m yet to received a email back! I’ve messaged them twice on Instagram with no reply I’m pissed of with the fact that’s I’ve been given no communication on where my shoes are as I’ve never ordered customs before I don’t know how else to contact them but I honestly wouldn’t waste your time or money buying from this company it’s a shame because I had high hopes. But no don’t buy from here.
