I honestly don’t know where to start and how to tell how amazing this brand is, I ordered my shoe in February to Ukraine and I was unable to receive it due to the war. Fortunately I was able to leave Ukraine and go to my home country, I reached out to them and they immediately offered to reship it to my home country. Now I’ve gotten my shoe. I have to say, they have the best customer service they’re so polite and kind

Where do I start! The people at PRETTYIE are probably one of the friendliest people over ever spoken to, nothing was ever too much for them.

I ordered my custom Air Force 1’s in January and they arrived in April, now to some people that is an extremely long time! But PRETTYIE we’re so supportive and kept me informed about everything (they even sent me some gifts to say sorry) which was absolutely amazing.

As for the shoes themselves, you can really tell that they made these with love! They are just amazing.

Overall I can't thank everyone at prettyie for how supportive they’ve been and I’m definitely going to be a returning customer ❤️❤️

Shoes took months n months to come! They came with no laces! Then the material started to come off after wearing them once!! I’ve only worn them about 10 times and now the whole of the front come off!! I tried to contact this company and took forever to respond! Told me they’d sent me an returns label and never did! I will never buy from here again £190 gone down the drain for rubbish quality custom shoes!! Customer service disgusting!

Niggling problems at first, but rectified and promise followed through, excellent service and product. Thanks

I ordered my pastel passion nike Jordan 1 mid on 26th jan I then received an order confirmation and little else. I then had to chase over and over to find out when my shoes would be delivered. My messages were initially replied with reassurance my shoes would be delivered, i must admit i really started to believe this was a scam company.
After asking many times where my shoes were, i believed they were never going to be delivered and at this point i asked for a refund. Their responses and tones changed and they became rude and sarcastic. They assured me they would be delivered so i had no choice but to give them the benefit of the doubt, although they made it out they were doing me a favour delivering the shoes i had paid for weeks previous.
The shoes finally did arrive on 4th march.
I then wore the shoes twice before all the paint started to peel off!!!!!!! when i messaged them with photographs they had the cheek to tell me the paint was peeling off due to being rushed through as i was complaining about wait time for my delivery of the shoes.
Today i finally got my refund and felt the time was right to put on my review.
I warn you if you order from this company expect lengthy wait times, rude customer services if you lucky enough to get a reply, and shoddy workmanship. I am grateful i now have my money back to buy shoes elsewhere.

Ok so I have had a 360 turnaround! My new shoes and socks are being sent out Monday I have altered my returns , and can’t wait for my new sage Air Force ! Had a call from Prettyie to say a very sincere apology about the wrong size and no socks ! The team had had a very eventful weekend doing promotion and the instagram had automatically read my messages and nothing was going through. I’m very happy to say I had the most amazing customer service and feel very looked after and grateful from the girls at Prettyie x💛💛💛
