If I could rate it less then than one star I would . Item ordered on 12/11/2025 to guarantee Christmas delivery , here we are on 26/01/2026 11 weeks later and still haven’t received a response or refund , despite 4 “ Chats “ on the website and 5 emails . Ghosted comes to mind .
The lack of basic communication, total disregard for Customer Service or communication of any kind is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order for same day delivery on 30/12 and still have not received the item. I have tried to contact this company on various occasions as I do not need the item and paid €18 for a delivery service I did not receive and have not received any communication thus far. Just want my order cancelled and refunded be a miracle at this stage. If you’re thinking about shopping here don’t horrible customer service.

Update 09/01 still no communication from the company received and still no order this website is a scam do not order.

Ended up doing a charge back and getting my money back for this order I hadn’t received. Dispute my many points of contacted (they said they weren’t open was stated on their website I was unable to see this hence why I ordered and the services were still available) they contacted me with a threatening email stating they will be going further with this if I don’t reverse my claim I was in the works with my card provided to getting this claim reversed as I had received the item just not paying the €18 delivery charge. They ended up giving me their companies IBAN to send the cost price of the item which I did and heard no more.

I will never shop here again also the items quality is shocking I gave it away to someone for free couldn’t have been bothered returning it due to all the issues I faced with this company.

Terrible clothes. resold stuff from China. AI is used in their marketing and posts too. terrible.

Worst site ever , they are literally of Ali express if you take a screen shot and add it into Ali express you will find some of her stuff she claims is handmade and is charging 50 euro when they are worth 10 euro . And a complete bully of a girl . Never order from this site .

Genuinly worst company I have ever seen, the owner is for one a horrible bully, who tried to destroy three girls self esteem on some sort of sick YouTube blind date video. All the clothes on this website are Aliexpress and essentially drop shipped from China.

Wouldn’t even rate this one star, ordered 2 outfits on 25th of September it’s now the 5th of December, no package and no help from them via live chat, 130€ worth of stuff and no package, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, absolute joke horrible small minded little girl robbing people coming up to Christmas, I’m sure I’m not the only one, BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS

If you look this business name up on TikTok you will find videos of multiple other people who have had the same experience as myself. Robyn McDonnell the owner of “pretty in pink” refuses to interact with her customers when she is confronted about customers not receiving their orders. This business is notorious for ripping people off. She continuously deletes comments of her social media of people asking why they have not received their packages that they payed for. And have not received a refund either. she then gets her group of freinds to comment nasty stuff to her customers who are looking for their money back. Not to mention she is selling peices of chlothing from Ali-express which she would purchase for as little to 2-6 euro and re-selling those for €60 claiming its a “hand made business” nothing about this is a business it’s re-selling at its finest and she’s making a right fool out of everybody but I’m glad to see people have started to catch on as of lately it’s absolutely diabolical. I’m writing this bad review in hopes of saving another poor girl who will be ripped off.

ordered one tracksuit, took over two months to arrive

I ordered my dress on Saturday and it came on Tuesday morning from their Christmas launch! Brilliant turnover time and great quality dress arrived just in time for my Christmas party. Thank you so much for the great business!

Sorry bit,I'm in agreement with the negative comments.They didn't put any paperwork in my parcel,so can't return it.Im still waiting for a refund of 8.99 for a delivery that arrived 4 days late,they certainly don't pick up the phone when you ring them.Such a shame they can't get these thing right.

dont order from here on the 3rd ofJune last year i order 170€ worth of clothes and it was for a birthday present it never arrived a month in i asked for a full refund and the customer service was shockingly bad no help or apologies. i contacted them millions of times and they acted like o never messaged them before they told me they would send me on to the refund team 3 times and no progress was ever made. i was scammed i never received anything and was robbed of €170

I should have read reviews my daughter ordered a juicy tracksuit in January with her Christmas money. We never got it. Eventually got a response to say it was delivered 12th Feb with tracking info that has exact same time and date and delivery time with all my details but containing a handbag not a tracksuit that we did not order. No where on the tracking is our address or details where is was delivered. She’s saying the handbag is not the same delivery wasting so much time and going around in circles. Keeps saying it was delivered when it clearly was not. Some of the pictures on pretty in pink web page are exact pictures of juicy tracksuits on Ali express webpage. Same handbag we received in error is on Ali express. All very odd. Appalling customer service. I have requested a chargeback from Revolut and they are being very helpful. I got a response about that from her saying it was chargeback fraud. Not letting her away with this. Worst experience I’ve ever had in all my years. She has even replied to say this is not her company on trust pitot wiped all negatives from instagram she would go to any lengths.

I ordered a dress 22/10/23 and it still hasn’t came, i’ve sent numerous emails and i was ignored.

My advise, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company. They will go out of their way to inconvenience you. They take your money and run rings around you for months! I am in the process of taking them to the small claims court for €125 - ordered a jacket that never arrived. Disgusting company and ethics.

SUCH AN AWFUL BUSINESS STAY CLEAR. Ran by a teenager who knows nothing about running a business. Ordered a tracksuit last year still hasn’t come I asked for a refund gave them my details and have nothing. Such a horrible way to treat customers. I hope nothing but karma happens to the owner.

Terrible customer service. Still waiting for my daughter’s Christmas present - ordered weeks ago - and you can’t track items if you get standard shipping . I’m told if I want to track I have to pay another 4 euro but vague detail as to how to do this. Many messages later - and very unbothered responses that are fairly unhelpful- and I can honestly say I will never buy anything on this site again. And still no parcel.its obvious that at least some of the positive reviews are fake because the surnames of the people giving the glowing “reviews” are lower case in quite a few cases and the way they are written is similar. Most say how it’s great to see women in business. Yes it is, if they are running a legitimate business and the items are being delivered and they have a proper customer service. Otherwise they are not representative of professional Irish women in business,

Ordered a tracksuit on November 23rd for Christmas delivery a week before the “Christmas cut off” there has been no sign of it… it took 1 week for a reply from numerous email enquiries,live chats and instagram messages.. this was the main present for my daughter for Christmas. I now have one day to try order the same tracksuit from someone else which I think being so close to Christmas is impossible!!! I am gutted and raging with the service I received from this “business” when they did eventually reply they wanted €4 to give me a tracking number… when I ordered I was told it was 2-5 day delivery it’s now been 21 days!! Do NOT order from this business/Instagram page. I’ve also been told they do not offer refunds….how can they do this is the product you ordered did not arrive?? Would not recommend this page/business to anyone

Would never order from here again. Ordered a leather jacket with estimated shipping of 3-5 working days, 1 month later still no sign of the jacket. Contacted multiple times and they said the website didn’t mark it as out of stock, I asked for a refund as i thought i was receiving the jacket a month previous. Was told I had to wait till the jacket arrived. So I waited then recieved the jacket it was too big so I was looking to exchange for a smaller size. Asked for the address to exchange the jacket (they were contacted within the return dates)didn’t get a reply until about a week later which they didn’t even give me an address, they asked for my order number, I gave it then, no reply for a few days again and was told It was too late to exchange, which was because they took ages to reply about the return address! I understand being busy and not getting an instant reply, but I was awaiting a response from them to tell me how to exchange and for them to say it’s outside of the exchange period because of there late response. Wouldn’t be one to write a negative review but just an awful overall experience.
