Trying to use a prezzie card was…

Trying to use a prezzie card was difficult i didnt want to swap for a different card i wanted to use the prezzee card as I had done previously . Not sure why I couldn’t just access the card number was frustrating so I asked for a refund. My emails were answered in a speedy manner and with great competence so for that i was very pleased i got it sorted. A refund in process. Thank you to Mar for her helpful responses and answers top notch.

Nz site says one thing but when you actually purchase it not available. sent screenshots to prove it.
chat bot goes aww sorry tuff luck .. read the terms and conditions . from a page that not available on the NZ site.

You can purchase a Prezzee NZ gift card in the Afterpay application and pay in 4 installments. Perfect for last minute gifts! Today I spoke to a real, non AI, customer service person, Jin, via email. They were so helpful, quick to respond, easy to understand, polite and I was completely satisfied with their service.

False advertising

False advertising! You no longer have Airbnb but your ads still show that you are in partnership with them. My family gifted me vouchers thinking you were still linked to Airbnb. They were worthless and we were forced to get accommodation via webjet. Update your ads and remove Airbnb from your ads!!

I love that I can buy a gift card and let the person decide where they wish to spend it. Just need to have a few more options like Kmart and mitre10, even the warehouse and this would be perfect

NOT THE SAME AS PREZZY

Got the card thinking it was Prezzy to buy a game online for a family member but found out you can’t use it like a credit card. Tried contacting customer service within 5 mins of purchase to get an refund and got AI that kept saying how can I help you. Super frustrating and confusing you should change your name.

Arsee has been great, fast, friendly and efficient, in helping sort my issues, the reason I’ve only given a 4 star rating is for having to go through dealing with an AI before getting to a human.

Card i received was used to purchase…

Card i received was used to purchase multiple tik tok purchases before I had even opened the packaging. After activating the card and seeing the 20+ small purchases that there system allowed to go through on an unactivated card before blocking it was $67 of the 200 balance. Resolution process to even unblock my card to use remaining balance let alone dispute the fraudulent payments is beyond time consuming and customer service is horrendous to deal with.
