I would like to share my awesome assistance from Habiba of Prezzie card. I called their 0800 feeling helpless on the prezzie card I received last year for my retirement gift. I can’t Unwrap the gift on my email because I forgotten all my details etc. Habiba walked me throughout the process and start all over again in logging in. She was so patience and I can say she will stay with me until such time I’m successful and yes I did manage to log in smoothly. Thank you Habiba, you’re an asset to Prezzie company. I’m happy customer here.

I’ve had the worst experience with this card for the most part and still currently I cannot Zwar it just will not light up the red bar across the bottom and I have asked for help multiple times and still no result would never recommend to anyone

The customer care team has been great to deal with.
Their understanding and communication to archive the result we wanted was amazing, with frequent updates.
After using the Prezzee card to purchase a gift card for Best Restaurants only to find that all the associated Best Restaurants in our city did not accept their own gift card.
Prezzee card was happy to refund the Best Restaurants gift card amount back to my Prezzee wallet so we could use it for something else.

Few days later: Prezzee came back with some feedback , totally awesome, happy to know that this will be looked at more closely, good come-back.
I have had 2 prezzee gift cards that always seem to have trouble with the Woolworths , John St, Newtown. Both times, when the gift card has to be swapped to the brand via My Google Wallet, it always has trouble reading the code when at check out, it takes a while for the operators to get it to read properly on the barcode reader system they have. The operators have eventually got it working, but 1 time it didnt even work at all and I lost $30.

For the 2nd yeard in a row my old overseas Aunt has confused Prezzy cards with Prezzee cards, and now I am stuck having to figure out which dumb store I want to spend the Prezzee card at from among some mid retailers which the list seems smaller than last year, instead of just using it anywhere like a Prezzy card.
