Without prejudice
I sent this company an email on 07/11/2024 did not receive response so I posted my concern on their Amazon site were I purchased the product but a couple of days later they took down my honest review. This product smells like wet cigarette tobacco below is a copy of the email I sent
I had my daughter order me a pack of your chebe powder from Amazon yesterday, however it has the strangest aroma of wet cigarette tobacco, now I'm not familiar with your brand and I know that the miss saleh does not smell like this, so can you please send complete list of all your ingredients.
I tried researching the additional ingredients and only 2 of them 3 had any information on the web, the first Miskl seems to be the description of a place.
They don’t even state what percentage is actually chebe all I wanted to know was what am I putting in my hair.
You need to be fair with your customers and respect their reviews rather than taking them down. Especially when others have had the same complaints. I will be raising my concerns with Amazon directly. You must share both negative and positive comments so potential customers are adequately informed.

No orders have been dispatched since June as we are currently away.
All pending orders will be dispatched in August when we are back.

...no point having certificates from 2019...
Also I questioned them on how much was in 5ml, and no response...
