Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Delivery didn’t arrive after a month (they use Evri - formerly Hermes, it’s a mystery why they needed to rebrand ;)). I waited a month for nothing to arrive. They said they would refund me my £40 but it’s been half a month and no refund. Would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Lots of red flags here
Lots of red flags here. I have ordered over two weeks ago and still haven't received the order - no updates, or responses from customer service. I have tried to email, and to call, all to no avail. We also requested MSDS sheets which any other retailer has always been able to provide and this company went above and beyond to neglect this request. They in fact wanted to hold the information to ransom, by demanding for a minimum order value of several hundreds of pounds per product MSDS sheet request. Some retailers shouldn't be allowed to operate at all.

Scam warning. No goods delivered after more than two months. No response when contacted on many attempts. This shop is not to be trusted. All they do is take your money and stay silent hoping that you will give up.
