Too long time waiting your order. Or I came across twice that they were on holidays . If you’re running business that would be better to receive the order and dispatch it as quickly as possible.

Placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago & never received it.

I emailed to find out where my order is & no response so have requested a refund.

If I don't receive a refund by tomorrow I'm asking for a chargeback.

I'm minded to report this company to Trading Standards as they seem very shady.

Judging by the reviews, they seem to take people's money & are permanently on holiday. Big red flag 🚩.

Wish I had read the reviews before parted with my money.

Placed my order on the 4th Feb '26 but never heard anything and no updates about my order. I emailed on the 17th Feb to which I had no reply. Today I've had an alert that I will be refunded my money, but still no reply to my email giving an explanation. Very unprofessional.

I purchased some Chebe powder and Karkar oil from this company. They were advertised as one offer, which I think was quite reasonable. This includes price and quality of both products. I am using them to make my own DIY hair treatment products and I am quite excited about this.

Fast delivery, extremely well packaged and a very good project.

The medium strengh black seed oil is very good. There was a communication issue to collect in person. Other than that all is good

The product is very good and delivery was fine but the bottle top design is very difficult for an older person to open. We ended up puncturing a hole in the plastic top as the only way to get the oil out. After we had unscrewed the black bottle top it was impossible to make any progress on opening it, so like I said we punctured a hole in the top with a screw driver. Really poor design.

Always great service with great quality products and free gifts ! What’s not to love ?!

I never received my order. Priddyfair Nutrition does not respond to my emails either.

The product was broken before it got to me not a drop of oil was inside the bottle. I sent them a picture although they said they were going to send another one . I haven’t heard from them yet.

I placed an order over a month ago. I received a few days later telling me the order was being processed. Approximately 2 weeks later it had not arrived so I contacted the owner who replied saying she was on holiday for 2 weeks. On her return date I contacted her by email but received no reply. The mobile number provided does not exist and nobody answers the landlines. I have no clue what has happened to my order and the customer service is atrocious

I did not get the package even after alerting them.

The service of this company is excellent! Providing timely delivery of orders, in and recycable packaging.

The product is super fabulous but unfortunately delivering was taken a bit too long..

I have purchase it on the 11 of April 2025 still haven’t received it and I am a regular customer I don’t understand why it takes so long to be delivered.

Fast delivery as usual. I wouldn’t buy my pink Himalayan salt from anywhere else. Well done Priddyfair.
