Tot nu toe is de website en het mailverkeer top nog in afwachting vd reispapieren en de vknt zelf via prijsvrij dan kan ik mijn beoordeling pas compleet maken tot nu toe erg duidelijk.

The process of booking was good and pretty self explanatory. For non-Dutch speakers the options don't work if you're translating the website so that requires a lot of re-download the page.
I rather see the extras in at earlier stage because they could really affect your budget.

First time I was booking by prijsvij everything was ok hotel and holiday was prima ☺️

Price indicated when searching through the dates usually differs from the final price (in some cases heavily), but still, the site offers good overview and comparison between stay duration and prices as well as allows to easily check prices from different airports.

Possibility to see a quick overview of all airport prices would be a nice addition and information about flight departure/arrival time should be mentioned when looking at the stay duration.

Prima hotel/appartment op loopafstand van twee stadjes: Cala Millor en Sa Coma. All inclusive prima.

Does not confirm immediately, after 2 days they confirm. And when i checked directly on the horn website, it is cheaper! There is a statement on Prijsvrij website that if found any lowest rates, for the same package - they will refund the difference. However they have been ignoring my messages bc and not giving feedback to their advertisement.

Sorry to say, but we are totally not satisfy with this agency. Before flying we called them for additional information because we don't understand all emails on Dutch, but they provide us with wrong answers. Result was: not able to attend the fly, we were reject at the check in desk because we didn't have visa for transfer in Canada, but on the phone call they told us we are ready and we don't need additional documentation?! While at the airport, we tried to call them, but their emergency number was not reachable! As we didn't want to lost the hotel reservation, we bought fly ticket with other agency. During our stay in Dominican Rep., they said we should collect all invoices and send to them, but after few emails they said is our fault. We also needed to buy new tickets for the way back, because if you cancel in one way automatically is canceling the return ticket, something that we may know if they picked up their emergency phone, but they didn't! I don't wish this expiriance to no one. -Marija
