We went to Mallorca with Prijsvrij, now going to Greece. Booking process is very easy, no issues and everything go smoothly.

So far no issues. In the past we had issues with other companies, hope all will go smooths with prijsvrij.
Looking forward to our holiday in September.

Totally no transfer time with current customs. Made a lot of extra costs because of missing flights. And when you email them, to let them know, no answer at all!! A lot of mistakes where made bij prijsvrij.nl .No transfer from airport tot hotel and vv. But paid for it. Again no answer. To much mistakes to explain in this review.

I booked a holiday online and paid, a few days later i got a mail that the holiday was not available this is such bad service I spent ages looking online and checking options, after all that work you say its mot available that's a waste of my time this holiday should not be on the website

Never use Prijsvrij site.
Do not buy any hollidays from them!!!!
After 5 days i receive email that my booking was not confirmed and i receive many back in 3 days. So 3 days before my hollidays. Now i can sit at home with kids instead go to Egipt. NICE OFFICE. Beware of it!!!!!!
Good lesson for me.

In March i paid for my vacation will have to start on 28th of April but untill now i didnt get any confirmation or reis papieren. They are not available on the phone , no reaction on email, totally nothing.... This year the service is very very bad,

To start off with I was skeptical booking with them but we had an amazing experience in Ibiza at Palladium Don Carlos. We booked an all inclusive trip with prijsvrij the food was amazing, unlimited drinks, direct flights.
Pros: easy to find a deal and book, good arrangements we paid extra for transfer to and from airport and the person was already waiting for us.
The service at the hotel was amazing, many options to choose from it was a huge buffet. All the staff were amazing.
Cons: the transfer time from the hotel to airport was not communicated and the person arrived way early than expected.

Avoid, Poor customer service.

Good option. Clear information's.
I have good experience with Prijsvrij during my last several holidays.

Terrible service , One day after the booking I payed get an email saying they can proceed the accommodation.Customer service couldn't even explain it. Even the money will be withdrawn to my bank account within few working days while at same time the vacations getting even more expensive . Amazing !!!

The booking was easy, it would nice to have a mobile application as well

We had booked a all inclusive deal with a stop over, both pretty long flights, flying Emirates. Sadly instead of emirates we were put on some sort of low budget Middle Eastern version of easy jet for two of the four flights. No free drinks, tiny portion of food and tiny seats and not at all what we booked and paid for. Not great when you expect space and a high end flight, especially when very tall and it’s night time.. When emailing customer service about this they’ve totally neglected to answer. I’m sure it’s in some small print somewhere they are allowed to do this but it’s not ok! Shame for an otherwise lovely vacation!

It’s good. But it can be better in terms of getting in contact with prijsvrij. For example you call the number 0852085551 is always busy and one time I called to ask for something, it took me 1 hr and 40 minutes just waiting until the phone was picked up and I called at exactly 9 am opening time.

I was waiting 90min before getting on the phone. I was promissed to receive the e-mail answering my question. Unfortunately Ive never receive the answer. Im not going to call ever again risking the waiting time of 90min. I will repeat 90min!!!!!!!

Boeking en mailcontact perfect. Telefonisch contact moeizamer in verband met erg lange wachttijd (1 uur en 25 min). Vervolgens keurig te woord gestaan.
