First class from start to finish. Many thanks Joseph
Having used Prime London to both manage a property for me as well as market another, I felt compelled to leave a review.
Easily one of, if not the most, professional and thorough companies I have ever dealt with (in ANY sector).
I am a car mechanic by trade and if I had to compare Prime to anything I've ever been underneath, it would be an Aston Martin DB5: classy, well put together, quintessentially British & a pleasure to work with.
Huge thanks to Mr Cadman, I've no doubt we'll cross paths again.
Great Service
Great Service.
Very impressed at the professionalism of the staff, especially Simran.
I was after an upmarket rental and she understood my requirements and found me the perfect property without having to go around doing lots of viewings.
Fantastic Service
I have been thoroughly impressed with the service by the team at Prime London and would recommend without hesitation.

I have been very impressed
I have been very impressed with the service given by Prime London. I was looking for an exceptional rental and PL was the only firm that really understood my requirements, and had the inventory to satisfy it.

Mixed - good before move-in, worst thereafter
The viewing went quite smooth, Devon was professional enough to guide me through the process of viewing/signing and arranged a quite swiftly move in.
The nightmare started after I move in.
They told me the electricity provider is E-ON, and ignore the EDF mails I had been receiving quite often. It's only months later I found out that EDF is the actual electricity provider, and you guessed, I paid some hefty late fees. They are also extremely slow with email communication.
I thought that was it. No no no, that's just the beginning.
After checkout, I waited almost 3 months to get back my deposit. Guess why? Because they are just sitting there doing nothing. They made me feel they are chasing after the landlord for the final deposit return. Genius. I only found out the landlord was also waiting for their evaluation on the checkout report, after I established some form of contact with the landlord. God knows how long before I get the money back had I not coincidentally get landlord's contact.

Prime London poor service
I used its letting and management service last year. Their fee rate is high compared to others, but the services was poor. They did not inform the utility providers when the tenant moved in and moved out. Even worse, when the tenant moved out Prime London did not check whether the tenant settled all the bills, but confirmed to me the bills had been settled. So I agreed to release the deposit. Now all the outstanding bills surface out. There are about 60 bills, reminders and demand letters. I’m being chased by the utility providers and council.😡😭😭😭
Prime London replied as below in 2022 saying that it's the incoming agent's responsibility not their reponsibility. Is it fair and reasonable for the incoming agent to inform the service providers that the previous tenant had moved out and his moving and out dates (to which the new agent had no information)? Is it fair and reasonable for them to confirm to me all things had settled before they checked? I believe everybody can make a sound judgment from it.

Do not deal with this unprofessional company.
The company lied about the readiness of the seller to complete. Here I am fourth months later still waiting for the cladding report which is ESSENTIAL for all 6+ stories buildings. I was told all the documents were ready when I initiated the process of purchasing the property. They pretend to help when all they do is say “We’re doing more than we should” and “this is not our job”. They don’t respond for days, gave me 30 deadlines for completion so far which they haven’t been able to keep, and then lie about being unable to give me back my reservation fee. They are not allowed to sell a property in that building without the cladding report and all they are doing is hold buyers like me unlawfully and tell me I cannot get my deposit back.

Efficient and strong staff
This firm has a really good staff base - right from Joseph the owner who I met on the valuation through to the sales team and now property management has been seamless. I have dealt with every member of staff and because they all are close team they know what is going on, which saves me having to explain things over and over as I did with my previous agent. This is how it should be and I will be with them for as long as I have the property!
Excellent customer service
I must say that my experience with Prime London has been excellent and an absolute record of accomplishment, less than 3 weeks from the moment I picked up the phone till the day I moved. Bryce has been amazing, he thoroughly understood my briefing, found me the perfect place and has secured a great deal. I couldn’t be happier and would strongly recommend the Prime London team when renting or buying a house.
