Francesco was really helpful in helping me decide the right ring to propose with. We managed to choose and get the ring made in a very short space of time as I had left it to late just before our holiday. Great service and great product!

I went in knowing very little about engagement rings but Francesco did an amazing job, first educating me and then advising me on the best course of action for my ideas.

At no point was there a hard sell, he was always honest and the finished product was phenomenal, not to mention great after-purchase care. Would 100% recommend.

After attempting to bring my ring to reality with other jewellers I felt defeated, but luckily I found Francesco . Prompt response from my initial enquiry, provided brilliant guidance in selecting the style and stone to match the idea in my mind and then finally bringing that idea to reality, surpassing my expectations, all whilst making the process as easy as possible through out. Francesco you truly make bespoke jewellery an easy experience.

I could not recommend Primo Diamonds and Francesco enough! I started with very little idea and he made the entire journey feel seamless. From picking out the stones to designing the ring itself I actually really started to enjoy the process. Not to mention he managed to make the ring in record time because I was flying out in a couple weeks! I could not thank you enough, you’ve helped in a moment me and my new fiancée will treasure for the rest of our lives.

Francesco was incredible to work with on such a special journey! He really cared about our needs from start to finish. He ensured we were kept in the loop at every point, clearly communicating with us and answering every question we had. I could not be happier with my rings, it is all thanks to his professionalism and care! Couldn’t recommend more!

Francesco not only helped me design the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé but was tireless in his efforts to source the perfect stone. With such specific requirements his professionalism and persistence was second to none. The overall quality, finish and production time was also fantastic. I've been looking for an engagement ring for a while, however, I was unsure of how to decide on the perfect ring for my fiancé.

I was recommended by a close friend to visit Primo Diamonds and it was one of the beat decisions I've made.

I was able to book a discrete consultation with Francesco, managing to fit the meeting during times I wasn't with my fiancé. He helped explain all the options I had that fit within my budget.

It took a while for me to choose the perfect ring so having his expertise really helped! The whole experience has been fantastic and I can't recommend Primo enough!

Francesco was brilliant from the moment he followed up my enquiry.
I was invited down to his shop with my Step father - He took us through everything we needed to know regarding Clarity, Carat etc etc - He was fantastic!
Not only did he deliver and get the ring done in time, he also made sure we were completely happy with the ring before handing the box and invoice over.
As most blokes get it wrong...including me! the ring was 5 sizes too BIG! (I thought I did my homework- I guess not) - I texted Francesco - This was no problem at all. After we came back from our holiday in Italy - My Fiancé travelled down to him and he had the ring re-sized the same day as we travelled some way to do it. TOP TOP MAN!

All round 5* - Cannot wait to come down for another day trip in the next year to get our wedding bands.

Highly recommend! Francesco was incredibly helpful from start to finish and in turn, we were able to design the perfect ring. Communication throughout was excellent and I received the ring within circa 4 weeks of the consultation.

Francesco made the process very easy. From the first meeting he was very professional and worked with me to design the ring I had envisioned. He provided regular updates along the way to make sure I was happy with the process. Smooth from start to finish. I will be looking to arrange making the wedding rings with him again.

I reached out to Primo Diamonds being a complete rookie and having left it fairly late to have an engagement ring made for my better half.

From the first phone call, Francesco put my mind at ease; paying great attention to detail in my requirements and the fact that I knew nothing about diamonds whatsoever.

The consultation was brilliant, very chilled and not “forced upon” in the slightest. Francesco gave me an insight into everything (clarity, carat sizing and cuts) and I was able to pick the ring of my girlfriends dreams (thankfully she said yes!)

I recently sought the help of Primo to design and make a bespoke engagement ring. I found him to be very helpful, offering support and advise throughout the process of purchasing diamonds and the ring. He made himself available for several meetings to ensure that I was 100% happy, and went above and beyond with some niche requests I had. After purchasing the ring it needed to be resized, which he did and returned within 48 hours.

I highly recommend Francesco and Primo, very consultative and not at all 'salesy', he worked with my budget and I came away very happy. I also now have a very happy Fiancee too!

I don’t usually leave comments on businesses, but Francesco was nothing short of a miracle worker in helping me create the perfect ring for my engagement. From the moment he contacted me, he was personable, professional and extremely accommodating. He messaged on WhatsApp for my ease and always answered the phone and returned a message with speed. He gave great advice when sourcing the diamonds (we viewed about 6 different options) but never once did he push me or try to ‘SELL’ me something. He showed me a great selection after listening to what my criteria was. Then we whittled it down to the perfect diamond. As I wanted a bespoke band, he helped with the design of that too. The result was what my now fiancée calls, “the perfect, sparkly, Disney Princess ring!” Couldn’t be happier with the service or the price (for what I’ve got). In Francesco you couldn’t wish to be in better hands.
