5 star service, Francesco provided me insights into diamonds regarding the competition through an initial consultation, which he made sure was at a time convenient to me. We set up an appointment, and he brought a variety of rings at various prices to match the style and budget I was going for. Once the deal was done, he took a small deposit and we arranged a date for the ring to be completed as the metal had to be custom made. He even managed to deliver my ring to my workplace after hours and payment was easy. My Mrs was over the moon with her engagement ring and she never takes it off. Now it's time for me to purchase a wedding band for her.

For what should have been a very tricky and difficult decision, Primo Diamonds and in particular, Fracisco, made life very easy for me. The initial phone call gathered my initial thoughts and this was followed by an in person meeting where I could see the ring designs and gems. It was a very personable experience and Francisco really knew what he was talking about. Once I chose the ring under the guidance of Francisco, Primo Diamonds were able to make the bespoke ring within 8 days (as I asked for express delivery). One collection, I inspected the ring and it was a beautiful as I had imagined and it was absolutely stunning! My now fiancé is over the moon and I Primo Diamonds and Francisco to thank! I knew nothing about diamonds or gold rings until I met Francesco at Primo Diamonds.
Francesco took the time to explain the diamonds in detail within my budget.
Ordered the diamond ring and picked it as soon as it was ready, also ordered the gold bands as well.
Anyone can go into a shop and pick what they have to offer.
For me it was all about the story of having the diamond ring made in Hatton Garden and the value for the budget I had.

I went to Primo to get advice on what I should look at when getting a ring and they were so good with the advice that I decided to get the ring from them. The customer service was amazing from Francesco and he was very responsive during the whole process giving me updates and made it a fun experience for me. I will definitely be heading back for the bands when it comes to the time. Definitely recommend.

I was looking for an engagement ring for my partner and found primo diamonds online. The hole task or finding the right ring was hard not knowing what I was really doing, but after speaking to Francesco I felt I was looking in he right place . The quality of service was greater nothing was a trouble , I had a idea of what I wanted and after meeting Francesco a couple of times and messaging back and forth he had sourced the the stone that I thought was right , designed and built the ring on time and to budget , my partner loved the ring , she said yes ! Primo was recommended to me by a friend of mine which turned out to be a god send. I knew I was at the point where I had the money for a ring, and had the design in my head but had no idea where to start. The whole cut,carot, clarity and colour minefield was already stressing me out. Francesco really made the whole process stress free and easy for me. I had a selection of diamonds to compare, the 4cs explained, and had made my decision within an hour. Francesco also met a strict deadline I needed and went the extra mile of hand delivering the ring . I cannot recommend him enough.

I can't express the professionalism and the sensitivity that Primo diamonds offer. They were a huge help throughout the whole process. I had quite a unique design for the ring I wanted aswell as making slight changes to the ring during the manufacture of the ring. A big thank you go to Francesco, if I ever had a question he would be there on whatsapp straight away to answer or let me know he would give me a call back.

Oh where do I start, from moving appointment dates (on my part) to finally being able to meet Francesco after hours after work to show me a few ring designs and diamond choices. From the first phone call till even after my purchase the service has been fantastic, professional and easy going no push sales. He let me know he could do it within my time frame which was great even after me changing my mind to add diamonds on the band it was made without headache and still in my hands the day he promised me. Mrs loves her engagement ring and will be back for our bands in the future, So 5 stars and a definite recommendation from me

I wanted a premium ring that wasn't going to break the bank. I spoke to a few of the online stores but Primo offered a genuinely bespoke package, with a huge choice of GIA approved diamonds, at a very competitive price. My fiance loves the ring so I'm a happy man!

Fiancee was extremely happy with her bespoke ring, putting together the stones and design, more than was asked. Francesco was patient - as we changed our minds on diamond styles a few times, and was able to find us 3 amazing and matching Ovals, with a great ring design.

Great value for money vs. the high street, and a much more personal & non-pushy experience than the typical jewelery shops in the area. Flexible to meet me in the city to check the ring when it was ready, met a few times in Hatton Garden to pick the right diamonds.
