Such great communication and international delivery. The bag is amazing. Leather is a bit more rigid than I like but that just means I get to age and soften it myself with wear over time.
Only sad thing was I didn’t get the color I wanted. I wish they didn’t have a lot of colors out of stock OR that their website had a notify you when a color is back in stock

Long waffle length dressing gown
Bought a waffle Long length dressing gown. Having buttons down the front is so warm am I’m not fiddling with it once on as it stays comfortable. I bought the raspberry nice colour and bought the next size up as I like my dressing gowns very loose. Would buy again.

Really excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong size over Christmas period and there was a postal issue on return. The communication by email was brilliant, really prompt, queries answered and refund sorted straight away. Also item arrived the morning after ordered, at no extra cost, on both occasions so fantastic delivery times. Loved the option on website to use Royal Mail to print and pick up parcel, made it so easy. Ordered a bed jacket as a gift and it’s been worn constantly, great quality. I even received a personalised short video from Paul and Ang to tell me parcel was being packed. Great service, personalised touch was lovely and really appreciated clear communication and thoughtfulness when exchanging.

This dressing. gown is the best thing I have bought in fact I bought 2 for my self and when my friend saw it she wanted 1 too it is so comfortable and warm and because I can get out I wear it all day so don’t. need my heating on much as well the owners of this firm are the nices people you could wish to do business with they even put an hand written thank you in parcel which was lovely I would 100% recommend to everyone

I bought a new Night Gown from Amazon supplied by Primo sacchi. I was very pleased with the gown it was as advertised in the catalouge. I also received a e-mail which is uncommon from Primo to make sure that everything was alright and offered help if it was not. The gown was great nice and warm looks great a wonderful buy.
