I ordered a pink dressing gown for my wife, and it duly arrived within 24 hours after placing the order. A lovely personal touch from Paul and Ang was a personal video message thanking me for the order. My wife was delighted with her new dressing gown, so I did a repeat order for the same product, but lilac colour. Same as before, it arrived within 24 hours, and I received another personal thank you video. I wish them well as it's a locally owned business, but very reliable.

I bought the Angelina bag ( as seconds) and I'm very satisfied. The colour of the leather is a nice chocolate brown, you can see the grain, and slight variations in colour which is nice. The bag is a good size, roomy without being overly large. Seams are strong, construction of the bag is simple yet elegant. I honestly haven't found any defect (yet), which qualifies this item as a second. Delivery to Canada from the UK with Royal Mail then Canada Post was efficient, only 5 working days. I'm impressed. Well done to the company.
