Love my new bag, it's come out for its first outing to Jersey.
All good. Fitted everything in that I needed, the side pockets are perfect for passport/boarding pass etc. My mum loves it because she's Italian. Thank you. Love it.

Very impress with the personal touches. The bag I ordered happened to be out of stock, I had an immediate phone call which unfortunately I missed but this was followed up with an email offering a refund if I didn't want to wait for stock to arrive.
