Plant condition looks excellent as was the packaging. Only time will tell me the quality of the blooms. So as of now it's four stars optimistically becoming five next year!

Awful experience DO NOT BUY
Awful experience. Ordered on the 10th June they posted on 18th and it’s been stuck with dpd ever since filled out a form on their website 3 weeks ago and no one has got in touch to give me my money back or arrange a delivery. Tried to get hold of some customer service on social media with no luck either
Very disappointed
I am very disappointed I bought a 'dinner plate' peony at Hampton Court flower show on Friday. Plant advertised as £30 but if bought at the show would be £25. I was very upset on checking my bank account to see I was charged £35!! I hope for an apology and a refund. I was lady in a disabled buggy. Cicely Crawford
Beautiful plants
Beautiful plants, excellent condition and very helpful planting instructions.
Delivered to the wrong address
Delivered to the wrong address, didn’t follow up on any of my emails or messages.
Disappointed
Long delivery time, £10 delivery is the most expensive ever. Got mildew on day two. In the ground it looks half dead. I specifically paid for a potted plant but it appears to be a bare root with half a pot of soil thrown around it.
Very Bad Customer Service
The issue was with the delivery because it was delayed and they'd obviously dropped the plant. The packaging is not as robust as RHS or Sarah Raven so couldn't stand up to delivery drivers. This could have been remedied but the customer service was awful, despite clear photos showing the damage no refund, partial or otherwise was offered. The response was indifferent and uninterested in resolving the situation. I've ended up paying a lot of money for a half dead plant. I think how a company deals with a situation when something has gone wrong is very telling. I will not be using this company again.
Well laid out website
Well laid out website, delivered on time and responded promptly when I had a concern
Quickly delivery
Quickly delivery, well packaged plants very much looking forward to seeing them flower next year
The plant arrived as promised
The plant arrived as promised - planted as recommended- it has not produced flowers as yet - guessing it won’t now this season !
Fantastic range of Peonies
I was looking for more peonies to add to my existing plants and fill my borders - and wanted something different from the small range that local garden centres sell.
Primrose Hall Peonies have an exciting and wonderful selection of peonies to choose from - perfect for me.
The website was easy to navigate. Notes about each peony helped me to choose the right ones for my garden and how to care for them long term.
The peonies I ordered arrived in really good condition, with clear instructions how to care for them.
Very happy with with the plants and the ordering process.
Can highly recommend.

Appalling service
Appalling service. Item was ordered as a birthday gift, the goods have not yet been delivered and has been sitting in DPD for weeks. Customer service have been completely unhelpful in their responses and supposedly escalated the non delivery with the courier and I am to let them know if it turns up in the meantime. Sorry, but if it turns up in the meantime its going to be dead, its sat there for weeks, its a live plant!! As far as I am concerned they may have a fabulous product but I will not be ordering from them again. That's £50 down the drain!!

Despite following the planting…
Despite following the planting instructions the plant suffered from Botrytis paeonise, not what I was expecting from a medal winning grower.

Excellent peony plant and service overall
Delivery was a bit slow (it took full 10 days for dispatch) but it was over the period of the Chelsea Flower Show so I guess that caused delays. Once despatched though, the plant arrived the next day.
The peony plant itself was in excellent conditions, it even arrived with 2 ready to pop flowers that I got to enjoy. So definitely good quality plants provided and I would buy again from them.

silly me believed them
I bought one Jacorma peony from Primrose Hall Peonies and I paid £45.95 for it including P&P- I expect that they really do what they promise 'We nurture all of our plants until they are at least 5 years old ensuring they are well established mature flowering Paeonia plants when they are sent off to their new home' .Hahaha naive me - I get plant with two barely grown branches...definitely not 5 years old plant, 5 months maybe - and yes, they totally ignore me when I contact them to complain.

Will look elsewhere in future
Buy at your own risk! They do not have a phone number and don’t respond to messages via their website. My peonies were supposedly sent over two weeks ago but there is no sign.
Strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
Update: Sporadic emails blaming the courier. No apology from the company, just apologising on behalf of the courier. Peonies finally arrived after more than a month.
