Very pleased with service
Very pleased with service. The printer I ordered was shown on the website as available but the next day I had an email from Printernet apologising that the printer was not immediately available, they expected more within a week and gave me the option to cancel. Very polite email and refreshing to get a personal email and apology. In fact the printers came in 2 days later, and I had a phone call to tell me it was being despatched immediately. It arrived only 2 days later than originally expected. The delay was not a problem and being kept informed was much appreciated. Pity more stores don’t have this level of personal attention.

I did have a problem at first as I ordered incorrect cartridges. These were returned and proper ones ordered, there was a slight problem with the delivery, of the correct ones but this was all sored out very amicably by the company.
