Service good, comms and delivery need improvement.
Service and products were great. However, email advising despatch came on morning of delivery, as did tracking info and a text from DPD. Having then advised DPD to deliver with a neighbour, the product was left in open view on my doorstep and could easily have been stolen. Fortunately, it was still there when I got home, some 4 hours after delivery.
I suggest Printernet speak to DPD as this is not acceptable from their courier service and could easily have led to a dispute.

The well-packaged ink cartridges
The well-packaged ink cartridges, arrived as predicted, fitted my printer without problems, and I could not tell the difference between them and the manufacturer's own ink cartridges but, at a fraction of the cost, which was the most competitive when checked against other suppliers. I will be using Printernet inks again.
