Printer did not arrive on time
Printer did not arrive on time, so sent an email asking why the unit had not arrived. Prompt response from Paul Wilkinson explaining that they had an issue in the warehouse and that the printer would be with me the next day. He was true to his word and the unit arrived as promised, also gave me a further discount for the inconvenience.
Cannot fault them for the prompt response to my query as they did not try to make excuses and brush the issue under the carpet like some companies do.

Excellent service ethos.
Slight hiccup 50/50 with order status quickly resolved by a very courteous call from the sales director with an explanation and assurance. My printer arrived on time next day as promised. Great service...Will definitely recommend and use them again.

Fast, efficient, competitive.........
Fast and efficient service in providing a Brother printer.
I had originally gone to the Brother website where I had been given a selection of 5 sellers. I ordered one from another seller - gave my credit card details only to find next day I was phoned and told it was not in stock (despite what the website said) and encouraged to buy another make! I declined.
Brother should move Printernet to the top of the list - service could not have been better!

Having been let down by a big name mainstream supplier, who only revealed there was a substantial delay to my order when I called to chase it after a week of inactivity, I cancelled and called Printernet instead. After a friendly chat on the phone and 24 hours later, I had a shiny new printer! Thanks, Printernet!
