Outstanding Service!!
Printernet is quite honestly one of the best companys I have dealt with over many years of buying items, I ordered a Brother printer and true to their word it was delivered next business day.
Unfortunately there was a fault with the printer but this is where Printernet stepped up, namely Paul Wilkinson went over and above to help me secure and deliver a new printer within days, I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

Clear user-friendly website, competitive pricing and extremely speedy delivery. Placed an order after the 4pm cut-off the day before a long bank holiday so assumed that next working day delivery meant waiting until the second working day of the following week. Very surprised therefore to find it was sent overnight and arrived at 9am the following day (Good Friday)

You complained to us but as we had never spoken before, it was your decision that led to the purchase online
You asked to send it back and as you are a business i was within my rights to refuse as you had used it, but i agreed.
You sent it back and 2 days later i refunded you. That is well within the legal timescale.
I responded to every single one of your emails and calls
Personally i think i went out of my way to help you rather than bad service.
