No communication
I ordered a printer, I telephoned them the next day as I hadn't recieved an email with my delivery details on, I was told that my order had been cancelled and I should have been contacted. I was offered a different printer but had to refuse as I only ordered it from them as it was supposedly in stock, it was much cheaper from Currys.
