A printepix customer and a problème resolved.

I have been a printepix customer for several years. Untill to day I have never had any problems. This Time I ordered following an offer five wall calendars. I have had a voucher but after making my creation it was impossible to validate my voucher. I contacted your advisor and she was able to résolve the problem vey quickly. The only problem IS that it took me a long Time to find the contact.

Worst service ever !

Worst service ever !
The website does't work at all, when I enter my order number it says "invalid number" everytime. I have absolutely no way to track my order. When I email the customer service to ask about my order, they just copy paste the same email that DOESN'T answer my question at all ! I still can't track my order !
And then they dared to tell my that I "don't understand" basically telling me I am too stupid to understand that these things take time. I don't care about the delay I only care about having answers, which they don't provide at all.

well I appreciate Printerpix albums…

well I appreciate Printerpix albums very much, and sometimes I forget some practice to organize my photographs and pages nicely.That's why I asked about how to manage and got a quick and helpful answer. And I was able to close an album in due time. Thanks to Jordan's help.

I have listened and thank you for your Help

as many of your customers i supposed , I planned to make a lovely book , I worked step by step with no stress until I discovered that the date line to finish the book was arriving too quickly and that I was unable to finish my book without your gift of extra time ..for his reason I call on feb 8th and I was attended by Miss AYESHA who perfectly understood my stress by listening to me with peace and respect , and offered me extra time ..just a few weeks more , that was enough for me , and she transmitted to me hope and encouragement..I already have been your client , with full satisfaction for the quality of the book I received ..this time my full satisfaction is for the quality of the help offered by your staff , Miss AYESHA

Excellent customer support from Paul Owens and Jennifer Wilson. Solution-oriented and customer -centric!
They managed to find a quick solution following my dissatisfaction. I will purchase again in a near future.
