Do not buy any products from here
Do not buy any products from here. I just received a refurbished scanner that came without a power cord, usb cable or installation software. I can understand the USB cable, but not even a power cord!! When I called them I was told their margins are so small that I would have to find another source to buy a power cord.....really!!! First and last purchase I will make with them. BTW, you can return the product to them, no refund for shipping, you pay to ship back and a restocking fee of 17.9%

Fraudulent Company That Compromises Your Card Information
Printers Copiers and More of New Jersey specializes in the bait and switch. They advertise one item and then sell you another. If you cancel the order, they will go ahead with the order anyway. It appears that they have another company charge your card or they simply sell your card information to mystery entities.
Once PCM has your card information, it's game over. They will charge your account, take your money, and customer service will make up all kinds of excuses, not return phone calls and emails, and delay/lie until you have no choice but to seek help elsewhere.
In my case, it appears Printer Copiers and More gave / sold my card information. The result was mystery charges from mystery vendors.
Luckily my bank was able to get over $1000 back after an unauthorized transaction. This nearly took a month however and if my bank wasn't as good as they are, I might have been out $1000.
Don't deal with this company. Run far away. You will end up having to cancel your card and might not ever get your money back. Your card information will be compromised and it WILL be exploited.
It's unfortunate, Google allows this company to appear in its advertised area. Printers Copiers and More is truly the most fraudulent and dishonest retailer I have encountered after decades of internet shopping.
Do your self a favor AVOID THEM.
Luckily for you, you're reading reviews before giving them your card information.
If you've already given them your card information, be smart. Cancel your card NOW and prepare for a huge headache.
Same experience as others - AVOID
Same experience as others - ordered a printer, turns out it's not in stock but there's another one, more expensive but better. Just a newer model year.
Ok, I'll take that.
First of all, the shipping cost on the unit nearly tripled, for no reason.
Second, they never shipped it, ten days after the original order was placed.
Will be contacting my bank to cancel the payment.
Ordered the printer
Ordered the printer. Got a message 3 days later, that it was sold to someone else. I really counted on this printer to arrive. Not doing business with them again!
If I didn't have to give them a star to…
If I didn't have to give them a star to write a review I would have not given them even 1!. BEWARE of this company! We ordered a refurbished large format printer from them. It came from somewhere in California and shipped to Nashville TN. It arrived heavily damaged and we had to send it back. They sent another one and it appeared fine, no visible damage, so we accepted the shipment. When we got the machine set up it did not work. After several calls and emails to "tech support", still would not work. We asked them to send a shipping label to send back. They sent a UPS ground label but the printer needed to be shipped freight. We didn't find this out until we had it ready to load onto the UPS vehicle. At this point we just wanted it gone and we were told by the UPS man that he would "handle it". A few weeks later we receive a bill from UPS for $1800.00 to ship the printer back. (Sidenote: shame on the UPS man for not informing us that it would cost that much! It was as much as we paid for the printer!) However, when we informed the company of the price to ship it because the label they sent didn't work, they refused to pay for shipping. We did get a full refund on the printer but ended up paying the cost of the printer for shipping! A total nightmare from start to finish!
I bought a refurbished laser printer …
I bought a refurbished laser printer from them a couple of months ago. The pros are that it arrived promptly, well padded in a suitable box (not the original box). They forgot to send the power cord but sent it a week later. I had a spare so I didn't bother contacting them. All internal parts are genuine Brother parts and the toner cartridges show as full in the printer menu and on the utility program on my PC.
The con is that the black toner fades dramatically after the first page prints. Other colors hold up better, but it clearly is not a fully refurbished printer.
Run away from this company as fast as …
Run away from this company as fast as you can- Attempted to buy a NEW Fujitsu ScanSnap iX500 Scanner. The Website showed it to be a new unit. When prompted to pay for it, it showed $150.00 shipping and handling. Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? I have received packages from China that shipping costs about 1% the price of this item. Chinaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!
I saved a copy of the screen shot in case they contact me to say otherwise. Happy gouging your customers!!!
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT do …
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with this company. I wish I read these reviews prior to purchasing- would have saved me a ton of anguish. I ordered a refurb (under warranty), got it and does NOT work. Paper does not feed into the printer (which is critical for the machine to work). I called for a RA and it went to voicemail. No response. I emailed them- no response. I called a few days later- every extension goes to a voicemail. I finally got a hold of someone who assured me I would get a response by end of day. Didn't happen. Most unprofessional conduct ever- shady with a capital S!!!!
totally scam
totally scam, Buyer be aware!
order a refurbished scanner but get cancelled order few days later. This happened twice. The price is cheaper than other common website.
There was a person base in New Jersey from this company, try to contact the phone number provide on the card. Called back many time, no response.
Few weeks later, the card was compromised. This was the only website I had used my card.
Printerscopiersandmore.com AKA esupplybox.com SCAM ??
Order NEW Fujitsu Scan Snap and after two weeks of no email responses and voice messages. I finally get a call back " your card has not been charged and item is out of stock for two weeks. Before we ever charge your card we will call you to see if you still want the item and only charge your card after it has been shipped".
Several days ago "esupplybox.com" charges my card for the item. My bank notifies me this does not appear to be legitimate and opens an investigation file. I learn this is the same company using a different name but same website. Go to ESupplybox.com and see the same reviews.
Why no phone call, why have I not received my item, why charge my card under another name and never ship the item. I will update this review to positive if a misunderstanding. I will give it the next 48 hours as I know this company reads these reviews. My last one resulted in phone calls from the company hours later while at work. (if only they were so responsive when you call or email them directly)
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
They badly messed up my order (didn't send me a part of it worth over $100), and when I called to tell them, refused to send it to me and wanted to charge me $85 for something that was supposed to be included. I had to fight them for several weeks, calling every day, just to get them to agree to let me even return the product. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT buy from this company.
Great shopping experience!
Bait and Switch
I ordered 2 HP LJ M225dw printers at an excellent price. Was called and told there were no refurbished printers of that kind in stock, only to be told if I wanted to pay more I could have a "fully refurbished" printer for more money. When asked about the difference between the two, I was told it is the warranty. The refurbished comes with a thirty day guarantee and the fully refurbished comes with a 1 year. The fully refurbished and OEM were in stock.
Printer not in stock when purchased, called and offered "same" printer at higher price.
Original:
Bought a refurb printer from their website with 30 day warranty. Site did not say it was out-of-stock. 3 days later company called and left a message to call them, it was a Friday and I missed the message. The next week we talked and the printer was out-of-stock (no indicator on the website at time of order.) The lady nicely said that they had not charged my card yet, but I could pay her more money and purchase the same refurb printer with a 1 year warranty which was in stock. I said I'm not interested in the 1 year warranty, so make it a 30 day warranty like I paid for and send the printer right away. She said she was not authorized to do that because apparently they pay more for different "levels" of refurb. She said she would speak to the manager. I asked to speak with the Manager, but could not for some reason. She called me the next day and said no go (This was 1 week after the original purchase) I said I considered the up-sell stunt a bait and switch and said I would likely leave a bad review if they could not ship me the refurb printer they had in stock soon, and I didn't care about a warranty. She said she would talk to manager etc again. She called the next day and left (2) messages to call her. I have better things to do than return calls to an employee that has no decision making power. She knew what I paid for could have sent me an order confirmation instead of more talk. The order was cancelled and I left a bad review and purchased from another company. This was a waste of time, bait/switched and made me look dumb when my client is wondering where their printer is.
Update: I added a star because Manager called today (3.16) to work something out in exchange for a modification to my review. He took time to try, but I've moved on... the original order was (2.21) nearly a month ago. We fundamentally disagree on what good C/S looks like. FWIW, I sought to work it out earlier and said I would be leaving a bad review. When I actually did leave a bad review, that prompted the call.
I added another star again because it appears I never purchased the printer (was a customer) in the first place. They only put a hold on your card because, if I understand the manager correctly, they cannot charge a card for an item they don't have in stock on the shelves. They take an order from their website, and then place an order for the product from their distributor. When the product arrives at their shop they then ship and bill to the card. Be aware that in-stock/out-of-stock is complicated by this business model as is purchasing. I have ordered the printer from another business.
Faulty Information
I placed an order with this company on the 8th of March. I figured I should receive it in a week or so. I went online to check what the information said about tracking it and so forth. The invoice said that when the (the company) shipped it out they would send another email with the tracking information on it. I waited until the 14 of March but still did not receive the email. I called the number on the invoice only to be directed to a messaging system. However within a couple of hours I did get a call back from customer service. They apologized and explained that they did not have the product. I told them I needed it yesterday so they cancelled the order. I wished this company would have had a shipping date so I did not have to waste a weeks worth of time waiting for a printer that had not shipped out.
amazing
i bought a few products from this company. works well. great shopping experince. would love to buy again.
