I had a deeply frustrating experience with A Matter of Fax. On July 30, 2025, I placed an order (MAT-10415) for an Epson SureColor F7200 Color Wide Printer, costing $6,004.80, after their sales team assured me the item was in stock and would be delivered within 8 days to my address. I received an order confirmation email, but no shipping updates followed despite my follow-up emails on July 31 and August 1, 2025, requesting a tracking number or delivery status.
On August 1, 2025, their customer service (Josh) admitted via email that their distributor did not have the printer in stock, contradicting their initial claim. They offered a refund or alternative product but failed to provide proof of refund despite my request. As of August 2, 2025, I have not received the printer, a tracking number, or a refund, leaving me out $6,004.80. I’ve had to dispute the charge with my credit card company due to their failure to deliver.
This experience was misleading and unprofessional. I caution others to verify stock and delivery promises before purchasing from A Matter of Fax. I hope they address this issue promptly.

Service: Terrible, when I ordered something from them online that was in stock, fine, it came. When I ordered printers that ended up being back ordered, they asked me to upgrade to newer demo printers for the same cost, which I did. I ordered my toner from anther company which I had to cancel because I switched printers and A Matter of Fax asked me to order the toner from them instead, which I did. I ordered 2 sets of high yield OEM toner. They sent the printers which included 1 set of standard yield OEM toner. The printers appeared to be brand new other than being tested with a few prints, good news, right? The second printer came without toner. A large part of the cost of the printers are the toner that the specs say they come with. The email, that I had to call and ask for after much time of waiting, said there were 2 packages. The second package never came, I was expecting it to be the other set of toner that should have come with the second printer. So I contacted the company, asked them about the second set of standard yield toner that should have come with the printer, and about the 2 sets of high yield toner that I ordered separately. They thought everything had already been sent. They had combined the 2 orders as one and told me I had already gotten everything. So I tried to set things straight, they asked for pictures of what I got, and I eventually ended up with a good set of high yield OEM toner. Just one. I ordered 2. So I waited, expecting the other set to come. The first set came one by one cartridge over quite a while, already months after the order, in opened and re-closed HP toner packages. I eventually called again, and emailed throughout the whole process. After a lot of effort, I finally got... 2 sets of standard yield replacement toner! So I contacted them the day it came and they said they would get it taken care of right away. Nothing happened. Again I called, the same thing happened. Again I called, they now are telling me they already sent the right toner. I'm on never ending hold right now, which they have done to me every time I called in the last 2 weeks. Its almost 6 months since my original order now. The printers I bought from them don't even take replacement toners, they have to have an HP chip to work in my printers. I'm now disputing the charge through the credit card company.
Bought new printer recieved used one. They won't refund or replace so it has warranty and they won't fix it either. As u read the lies below. I didn't complain it would not connect to my PC. I complained about all the broken parts and all the codes that wont let anything work anymore. The only truth u said is yes tried to have a tech help me but I am not tech savvy and I don't have to be the ginny pig to fix the problems. There is warranty and u should send out a tech like I have said. I am in contact with Nick alot. Now Nick must of died because he will not reply to me ever. He is trying to wait til warranty runs out. If your committed to resolving this issue then do what you say. I will keep this updated with the progress for everyone looking to see. If no update means they are liars.
Stating again there was name calling and u keep saying I can't connect to my PC. Obviously we know now why I can't get anything fixed by u cause u can't READ where I said I don't need it to connect to PC. People will believe me because I have nothing to loose cause you already have stolen my money. U say u are committed to fixing the problems then send a tech out to fix it. If not I will call one myself and then sue you for the dollar amount. When that happens u will have to come to Iowa to face court. I will keep the public updated. Also check out out reviews on Google and all over Facebook before dealing with these people. Here to help.

This is not a real business it must be an affront designed to scam consumers. I called and inquired if they had the advertised item in stock and they pretended to check and say yes. I received an old totally used and abused item with no parts to install the scanner feeder. Their entire pool of staff is all dishonest and a party to the sham. They also posed as another name too, beware, pc and more same store
I purchased a refurbished Brother MFC 8710DW copier printer for $297. First, I was shipped the WRONG (8910DW) less expensive machine. The machine stopped working. After notifying A Matter of Fax (aka PC & More and PrintersCopiersand More) of their defective product, they sat on their hands for I think at least a week before responding. Of course, I was without a printer/copier and greatly inconvenienced. The first return was via FedEx, who picked up at my home. HOWEVER, they DELAYED shipping a replacement, even though I provided the tracking number the afternoon FedEx picked up the defective machine. More time without a printer/copier!!
When I FINALLY received my replacement refurbished printer (they did ship the correct model), it was also defective as the printer JAMMED repeatedly! Any semblance of Quality Control would have never shipped this defective printer/copier to a customer.
When I asked for a pre-paid shipping label to return, I was given a UPS label -- which did NOT include pre-paid pick-up. (I hurt my back lifting the first return onto a table outside my front door.) My repeated requests to have them provide an account no. to pay the $11.99 pickup charge went ignored...until I was told I had 4 days left to return the product.
I had to spend 30 minutes trying to pre-pay the $11.99 charge -- that UPS' website didn't provide...so I had to waste another 12-15 minutes to call UPS and speak to someone in the Phillipines to schedule the pick-up and pre-pay charges A Matter of Fax/ PC More/ PrintersCopiesandMore should have paid. Frustration level is through the roof!!
Thus, due to all the "damage" A Matter of Fax/PrintersCopiersandMore / PC & More have inflicted on me, I am taking the time to inform other consumers so they don't do business with any of these entities...or do so at your own risk.
So I still have NOT received a refund for my purchase that was billed twice and my order is from September of last year . Jon , the owner has blamed the poor girl that answered the phone . NOT her fault at all . I have not heard from them in months after several phone calls . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A MATTER OF FAX . The few bucks you save are not worth it . Wondering if I will ever get my money back . I'm thinking not...
This is the second time I've ordered a cartridge and was very happy.
A Matter of Fax carried the toner I needed at a great price compared to many other vendors (38.8% cheaper at the low volume entry point as I just wanted to test the cartridges before going all in). The transaction was very easy. Only thing I see room for improvement is the speed at which the order is processed and shipped out. I plan on ordering my toner from them going forward.
I received drum unit, installed, and now we have a perfectly working laser printer. Woohoo!
I got very good price on my Kyocera printer ..happy with my purchases ..Jonathan was very helpful ..thanks

We've bought a few printers from Amatteroffax and have been extremely happy with them. The price is great, shipping is fast and the customer service has been friendly.
Happy with the quality of the ink and the price!
I received the package on time and the toner works great for our HP printer
Product arrived fast and was great! They forgot to add my extended warranty, but no prob! They offered a remedy immediately. Really nice folks and the refurbished printer that I purchased as a Christmas gift looked brand new and works flawlessly.
Quick shipment and cartridges work as advertised, great price
