I am the owner of an independent music composition studio, and I go through a lot of toner printing sheet music, film scripts, etc. When I found the price of my particular toner on A Matter of Fax, I thought it was way too good to be true, but it was so cheap I thought I'd give it a go anyway. My toner came right on time and I couldn't be happier with it. And getting a call from their customer service team asking if it had arrived and if I was satisfied was the icing on the cake. I'm not even going to bother with other sites for products like this anymore!

The cartridge came fairly quickly and seemed to be just what I ordered. What really differentiated them from their competitors was the call that I received from customer service after the order. They asked if everything was up to my expectations and if there was anything that they could do to make this a better buying experience for me. I'm kind of taken back - this doesn't happen in this day and age.

And I haven't had a bad experience yet... We have been replacing our out-dated printers throughout the office over the past year, each time buying from Amatteroffax. We had one printer with a tray that was stuck but we ended up working it out ourselves and it works fine.

It works the same as the original but with a lower cost.

I was skeptical of non-OEM ink. However the products here work great. Will use again.

Their sale site said the product was for my printer, but the shipped product was for a different version; physically fit my printer, but incompatible in service.

The refurbished HP laser printer ordered was delivered on schedule and was in far better condition than expected. Additionally, this vendor packaged my order very securely. Finally, a customer service rep actually contacted me prior to delivery - in order to ensure that my order comprised precisely what I required. I would certainly order from this company in the future.

From Customer Service and realistic delivery (reg) in 5 working days was reasonable, 20 MINUTES after we received the product our TV with a great picture was being viewed.

This was my first time ordering a replacement cartridge for my laser printer. I was finding prices in the $100 range and was debating on buy a new printer for that price. I was apprehensive on purchasing a generic brand since I had heard bad reviews from co-workers. I will continue to purchase my cartridges from Amatteroffax.com, they are quick, economical and great customer service.

Cartridges arrived as ordered in a timely fashion

Got a toner for my Samsung ML 2525. Received cartridge several days earlier than expected for the standard shipping rate! There it was at my apartment door. Lowest price I could find on the web.
I was having a problem with page printing, but not coming more tan half out. Printer showed toner very low, so i read it could be the toner being at empty. It solved the problem. I am a happy camper with the whole process at Amatteroffax. Printing comes out now ad the quality is perfect!
