Our company purchased a Ricoh printer from A Matter of Fax along with a 3-year warranty.

Our printer is used by the majority of our office personnel here and when it is down it greatly affects our business. We have had it break down twice on us, the first time it took them over 2 weeks to fix the issue. Turns out it ended up being a minor issue and they still gave us a run around for 2 weeks.

This most recent time has been a week and a half and we do not have any timeline as to when they will fix it. They attempted to talk us into pro rating us our warranty instead of fixing the issue. It seems that they are doing whatever possible to pass the issue back onto us.

We have not been happy at all with the service and customer care we have received from them since the purchase of the printer. We would NOT recommend A Matter of Fax to anybody looking to purchase through them.

I was looking for toner for an older model Panasonic copier.
No one else had it in stock or knew when they may get it. Thanks to A Matter of Fax I'm back to printing.

I would buy from them again. product was well priced, packed and shipped fast.

These folks know what good service and a good product are all about. Not only did they send me good toner cartridges, but shipping was speedy and the cartridges were packed well. In a word, this company is EXCELLENT! - Highly recommended.

I bought a projector bulb for my SONY 50” Wega. The price was less than a third what MSRP for a SONY lamp. The price was right, however it's only been in the set about a week. The original lamp lasted 8 years . . . . Hoping the Matteroffax bulb hangs in there till I'm ready for a new TV. If so . . . . It was a great purchase.

We bought 3 Brother printer cartridges for our laser printer my wife uses in doing taxes for her clients. They were had for 1/3 the price we found anywhere else.

I ordered a HP printer from A Matter of Fax and was very pleased with the purchase. After placing my order online, I called in to verify and expedite my order. The customer service provided was excellent. I was attracted to the site by the price. I received my order in good time.

A Matter of Fax had the lowest price I could find on replacement toner for my printer and the shipping cost was reasonable. I received the cartridge in 2-3 business days, which was fast even though I am on the West Coast. I haven't had to install the new toner yet so I can't speak to the quality but unless it is noticeably different than the OEM toner, I will definitely call them next time I need a refill. In fact, I plan to buy a three-pack next time if the quality is good.

I ordered a replacement lamp for my TV. After placing my order I received a call making sure I ordered the correct replacement as there were other newer options to choose from. Once we discussed which lamp was a good option the order was confirmed and I received my item within a few days. I would recommend this company to everyone.

This is my first time purchasing something from them. I only had a small issue with the way they charge for shipping. It seemed a little confusing, but that was corrected when they called me in advance before shipping the product. I'd buy from them again.

Being the best price found that day, I placed an order. The order arrived quickly and worked great. This company cared enough to place a follow up phone call to confirm my satisfaction with their product and service.
